It's a tricky question. Can I say, "It depends?"
Oh Phage, tell me, how someone from outside your country can sue you? Is this how things should be?

But you seem to have missed by point. Has the court accepted the case?

Don't know what is going on in America, but I do believe that America is being changed ethnic wise and whites will be a minority.
OMG.
That would be terrible.

Our president did say to do it legally so they are. He said they will not pass our border & should go back to become legal citizens though it seems as if they hace figured out a way to reverse that & become cmu.s citizens legally in different terms. This in course will lead to absolute considerations of domestic military use which in fact is the main suppasatory to tyrrany.

They can't eat and have a home and are sleeping on the sidewalks but they somehow found a way to sue you through international courts? Or how does that work?
Read article in the OP.
The U.S. government should do more to publicly expose the networks, supply chains and commercial actors that fuel Iran and other sponsors of terrorism.
You asked how the lawsuits are being executed. They have been filed in District Federal Court in Washington. Let me help:
I diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiid, has nothing to do with the current issues in South America, but by the way
The class-action civil suit, filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., claims Trump “continues to abuse the law, including constitutional rights, to deter Central Americans from exercising their lawful right to seek asylum in the United States.”

I've seen your story in several threads. It has little to do with the topic of this thread, which is some of the migrants attempting to sue the Trump administration.
You kind of become dense and like a turtle, go back into your shield and everything else becomes blah blah blah

I heard your story. It seems you have obvious signs of bias, perhaps for reason, but bias still. Your story, that these are all terrible people, doesn't make sense and conflicts with the stories of others.
I don't trust the stories of people who make broad generalizations about other people.
The migrants do, under our law, have the right to seek asylum. That said, I doubt this lawsuit will progress.

It would seem that if your father was an American citizen, you would be an American citizen. No need to ask.
My dad was an American citizen, born and raised there, i am not, but i could ask for it, i did not.

If you were born to parents, at least one of whom was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, you'll automatically gain U.S. citizenship through the process of acquisition in many cases. It doesn't matter whether you were born on U.S. or foreign soil. And if you have children, they'll also acquire U.S. citizenship through you at birth. Additionally, foreign-born adoptees to U.S. citizens also may claim U.S. citizenship.
But let's go with this, are you ok with allowing people like that to go into your country *just because law says they can?"
Yes. That is not the same group of people.
Did you see the videos i posted?
