I came across this analysis into Julian Assange's background, he is a hard man to get some personal history on. But Richard Hall has done a bit of digging. He has come up with a few "Who would have thought facts" The main one being that when a child in Australia he seems to have been in a Cult which when busted for giving the kids '___' and many other forms of abuse , the main runner of the cult just got a five thousand dollar fine. It does tend to look a bit like the old CIA Monarch set up to make sure that any potential agents cant be turned because they get them young.
Then he askes a few more relevant questions, like how is Wikileaks funded, why does Soros and his buddies keep popping up, along with questions like why is Equador who isn't a USA enemy looking after him. It makes a few interesting points which certainly are well worth the question...Is Wikileaks a CIA set up to get some validity into some news when the MSM isn't trusted ?.

Is he? Who knows? I mean, I'm sure someone does. He definitely does. I don't. Whether he is or he isn't what you think he is depends on what you think he is and whether or not you're right. As far as I know, the truth about this (or anything else in this particular area) is practically unknowable for the average citizen.

I am officially an Assange agnostic. I have no idea what to think about him so I basically treat all news pertaining to him as rumors. But this is my go to response to most of the news (regardless of the source or subject). I just don't trust talking heads and/or journalists at all. Everything they have to say might as well be a rumor as far as I'm concerned. If they tell me to run from an impending disaster, I probably will. Otherwise, I pretty much ignore them. Everything that passes through them has the potential to be altered by them (or at the source).

Assange is a manipulating celebrity who has managed to escape accusations of rape by hiding. #MeToo #RapistsWhoGetAwayWithIt

I doubt Assange appreciates that his actions have had an impact on women, and while he professes his innocence he has not had the courage to demonstrate his innocence.

How quickly they forget.

A secret video showing US air crew falsely claiming to have encountered a firefight in Baghdad and then laughing at the dead after launching an air strike that killed a dozen people, including two Iraqis working for Reuters news agency, was revealed by Wikileaks today.
www.theguardian.com...

I believe Assange is what I think he is , a fighter for truth and against the hiding of wrongdoing.

So everything is totally controlled then? According to this thread Assange is a paid CIA asset who released information about war crimes in Iraq as a distraction. He then went on to rape two women in Sweden and then went into hiding for 8 years to avoid being extradited to Sweden and then the USA. Meanwhile wiki leaks release the Panama and the Paradise papers, the women responsible for leaking that is blown up by a card bombing Malta...

Yeah this all sounds like a covert CIA op to distract the masses.

He's a journalist who made the mistake of thinking you can do real journalism that hurts centres of power and get away with it. He found out otherwise.

He's on borrowed time and he knows it.

Have you been in the embassy hideout with him each day and night. How do you know hes even there and not on an island somewhere near a pool with drinks and skimpily clad girls.

I can’t juxtapose the idea that he was wanted for alleged rape, founded wikileaks and all along he’s been an asset of the CIA or some other 3 letter agency.
What do you think is most likely?

I've noticed a lot of dumb threads appearing lately, to those who criticize Assange and possibly Wikileaks for doing the quality journalism that they do, do you have something against truth?

Or, and I borrow from The Matrix here, is it possible that you fit into the following:

And many of them are so inert, so hopelessly dependent on the system that they will fight to protect it." "Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself." "The Matrix is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth."

Because when it comes right down to it, in the Western world, our system is skewed with lies dressed as truth and hammered into your brain daily through the TV. Corruption, money driven, immoral, with no care for the planet, or the people on it, and even less care for the people of other nations, where blood is a business and the arms trade is a playground for the rich.

You should commend honest journalism, at least they're trying to correct things, no matter how hopeless it may be

You think the alphabets gave away thousands of pages of evidence some containing proof of American crimes against Humanity just to entrap Assange ?
Seems illogical to me.

They let out what they want you to hear

Unless we have people like Assange who are willing to put everything on the line for the cause of transparency.

Don't shoot the messenger.

Thank God, the voice of reason on this thread. All of these other so called insiders and whistle blowers that make predictions on you tube that never happen and of course suffer absolutely no repercussion for doing it have apparently muddied the waters so most people can no longer recognize the real deal. Assange is one of the few true whistle blowers we have today, and he is paying a very dear price for it.
