FBI Arrests Man in Connection to Pipe Bombs

The fact is many of the stickers on the van are copy/paste memes from various forums. We all know this is true. And his posts are similar in content to posts found here and elsewhere on political and conspiracy forums. This is what happens when we don’t call bull# on each other and simply roll our eyes at “alternative facts”.

This guy is a living, breathing parody of echo chamber group think.

We can’t allow the internet to promulgate an unhealthy unreality that manifests in real life. Whether that impacts kids bullying each other on Facebook, the Kardashians pimping unrealistic body images on Instagram, Russians on Twitter or partisans on discussion forums.

Some stuff detonates without an extra pressure vessel around the material. Those are generally the fast burning materials and that is what a detonation actually ist. Rapid burn rate with high gas expansion rate.
Technically every fine grained powder can be "explosive". IF you throw it in the air and ignite it, it will burn at a very fast rate (lookup flour dust explosion, DONT DO THIS OF COURSE). That´s why you don´t smoke in dusty environments

To be honest, no one here can tell you anything valid because we don´t know # about those devices. And I don´t have the need to be near such things, fake or not.

Thats a good point, we dont know enough, but we do know there was a timer on them which doesnt really make sense and someone at CNN thought one of these bombs was safe enough to play with and take pictures of. This whole thing is insane and is filled with holes.

I don´t even think it was a timer, it looks like a simple clock. And if you ask me, without some post amp of the current, the small SMD transistor on this thing will burn through in no time before anything would happen IMHO.

Those transistors are not built for more than a few milliamps. Even if it had a AAA (those really often are just button cells stacked...) with enough juice.

Then the gate signal from the microcontroller would not be continuous (except your alarm goes DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT all the time) and the speaker would probably be surface mounted. No cables here, you would have to get in there with an soldering iron and also come up with some amp circuitry.

Well the kind of insanity this alleged perpetrator has isn't exclusive to any political party, religion, culture etc.

What a nutcase! Lock him up forever and throw away the key.

Whether it's someone shooting at republicans, mailing bombs to democrats, blowing up abortion clinics, going postal, suicide bombers, random and serial killers, school shooters etc. They're all afflicted with evil insanity. Whatever cause they might use as justification in their own minds for their evil acts. They're all essentially the same. And our society seems to be breeding far too many of them.

Politics didn't create this monster or any other like him.

Glad they caught him and no one was hurt or killed, but there will be more, on one side or another, leaving people looking for political conspiracies that don't necessarily exist.

Yeah, please don´t try that with the dust out of curiosity! I see you quoted before my edit because it reads like "try this" after a second thought. I was just trying to point out, even simple dust can be "energetic explosive"...

No lol I def wont be testing anything like that. I played with 9v and rocket engines as a kid. These days I wont even take a chance playing with mortar fireworks lol

A conspiracy with the bomb construction would be valid if they were actually exploding. Looking at the guy and his skills of promotions, strippers and parts counterman, it's not hard to believe his bombs would be crap.

I have one problem with the false flag theory. If the Democrats were gonna stage this, I think the guy they set up would be the whitest guy they could find, named Dave or something really white, with a shaved head and Klan tattoos. The media is disappointed as # they can't play the "white supremacist" angle with this.

That wouldn't make a lot of sense. If his real one is the type that would get through unnoticed with the heightened security and awareness right now, it would've got through with the lax security and awareness that was in place before this scare.
