Another report said “police have taken a man into custody for questioning.” That is a different thing as it could be someone with information rather than a bomber, no?

I wonder which one is correct?

No doubt there is a full-on 24/7 hunt for whomever decided to do this.

NBC is saying this is not an arrest, just someone with information in custody...

Edit: They did mentioned something about it looking an arrest as they got more information..

Absolutely, someone smart enough could have done something to frame someone else.

In high profile cases like this with all the public's pressure, I could imagine law enforcement gets a little trigger happy.

if they did post the perp and it turns out to be a Republican, the concensus will be:

in chronological order:

- false flag actor

- the fbi controlled him

- one bad apple doesn't represent the 'right'
