Fmr FBI Asst. Director Chris Swecker says bomb plot culprit "could be someone who is trying to get the Democratic vote out and incur sympathy."
Yes. And all of the others (except, perhaps the one to Soros) went through the USPS.
In the wake of these attacks, the US Postal Service (USPS) installed a system of electronic noses in mail processing facilities around the country designed to sniff out the deadly bacteria before someone else does.
When the Chief Postal Inspector determines that there is a credible threat that certain mail may contain a bomb, explosives, or other material that would endanger life or property, including firearms which are not mailable under Section C024 of the Domestic Mail Manual, the Chief Postal Inspector may, without a search warrant or the sender's or addressee's consent, authorize the screening of such mail by any means capable of identifying explosives, nonmailable firearms, or other dangerous contents in the mails.

Has any official explained why none of these bombs went off? Were they even REAL bombs?
Mr. Soros’s home is in a suburb of New York City. The device was constructed from a length of pipe about six inches long filled with explosive powder, and it was “proactively detonated” by bomb squad technicians, according to one of the officials, all of whom were briefed on the investigation.

No, it's not. None of the devices could detonate, they look scary and are harmless under normal circumstances.
Arriving at the scene, police discovered a device that was later confirmed by officials to have contained explosive powder and "had the components" of a bomb. It was then "proactively detonated", police said.

Yes and was designed in such a way that it could never detonate on its own. Keep up.
