What...and they didn't burn the whole joint down in the process of rescuing the hostage????

Man, our American federal and local SWAT guys need to take a few lessons from these dudes!!!

I think our guy's rule #1 in their playbook is..."Burn 'em out!". Followed by:

#2 Flashbangs...and burn 'em out!

#3 Teargas grenades...and burn 'em out!

And when all else fails...

#4 Like really, ...JUST BURN THE WHOLE FARKIN' JOINT TO THE GROUND!!

Situation ended, hostage taker is heavily wounded, hostage slightly injured. Police said, following the one newspaper, that a 14 year old was girl was brought to a hospital from the Köln/HBF, but didn´t say that this case had anything to do with the hostage situation in the pharmacy, yet. But police said that two(!) uninvolved persons were in part badly hurt, so maybe the 14 years old girl?

Geiselnahme am Kölner Hbf Täter unter Kontrolle gebracht und dabei schwerst verletzt

Next newspaper says that the attacker set the girl on fire in the McDonalds at the backside of the station:
Kölner Hauptbahnhof Mann nimmt nach Feuer-Attacke weibliche Geisel – SEK-Zugriff!

Both links are german, please use a translator.

Watched a press statement of the police right now, and i am watching our local TV. Hearing eyewitnesses right now. The attacker threw a molotov cocktail into the McDonalds, then flew into the pharmacy and took the hostage. It is said that a passport was found belonging to a man from Syria, born in 1963. But yet they didn´t confirm that it was the passport of the attacker.

On his way to the pharmacy he told people that he is a member of Daesh. He had several gas cartouches with him, tried to set the hostage in the pharmacy on fire. When he tried this, police saw a gun on him, then they shot before he could set the woman on fire.

Better than eventually paying for an uncountable number of trigger happy killers in uniform and public service, which would make life not a bit more secure than it is right now in Germany. Better one lunatic, that thinks he is a terrorist, from time to time, than to be scared for your life everytime you see a cop.

All is good mate.

I prefer that they got the guy alive so that he can be eventually questioned to find out if he is linked to other possible terrorists.

That kind of tax paying money I don’t mind at all if it will help to eventually save lives.

The train station in Cologne ! Isn't this where a lot of slaves are kept beneath in cages ?
The German govt hides some of the human slaves in cages right beneath the entrance to the station !

These prisoners and slaves were once part of the middle class of Germany and were destroyed economically by the NATO-EU-UK orchestrated financial crysis of 2009
