Ok, so according to you 2 I don't know how a capacitor works. I need to go to school, and I don't know electrical.

So then please explain to me how a capacitor works.

What is an electrolytic capacitor?

Why are tantalum capacitors used and what for?

If they are all the same, why have so many different types?
