check this out. It made me smile bigly.

Swetnick claimed she reported her assault to the Montgomery County Police Department, but officials there told NBC News that it could take up to a month to recover documents related to any report she may have made. Swetnick also gave NBC News the names of four friends she said could corroborate her story. Snow said two of those people had not responded to requests for comment, a third was deceased and a fourth said he could not recall knowing Swetnick.

It's the same way Judge Kavanaugh knew which ones were Democrats. He'd never rape a Republican.

Must have had access to some good high quality alien tech to pull that one off.

You are looking at it all wrong. He raped Republican women too, but their husbands told them not to say anything and get their assess back in the kitchen. Just like they made them not vote for Hillary.

Yeah...I think I quoted that in the OP. Sounds oddly similar to Fords....likely the number will change.

One was dead....that's just belly laugh material. She named a dead person as a witness....and another who didnt know her....LOL!

I have serious doubts as to whether her statement is legitimately under penalty of felony. There are discrepancies with it that make me think it is not really valid.

can you imagine how that would make Avanatti look if he tried to play semantics with that statement? The laughing might even erupt on CNN's set. I'm sure they would cut to commercial and they give him some more air time, but surely a couple of them are smarter than a potato.

Excellent point, look at her employment history, lots of government employment. . She said she didn't know until recently that he was nominated for the Supreme Court, she stated "I'm not political at all" (18:30 of video). This whole thing is a crap show. MSNBC put disclaimers at the beginning and end of her interview, they don't even believe her.

This might be a minor thing, but does anyone remember those red plastic disposable cups at parties back in the early 80s?

I sure don't. I always see them in the movies when depicting high school or college parties, they've almost become a trope of their own. But certainly where I grew up they were never a thing back then. I thought they were a more recent thing.

Does anyone else recall?

Well, I looked into it. There seems to be quite a history with the red cups. I do note this excerpt, however, which kind of reinforces my thoughts on it being a reasonably recent phenomenon:

Modern partiers may simply be copying what they had seen at the movies—the 1999 romp American Pie is credited for being the first movie to portray red cups as a staple of American parties.

That's actually the movie I was thinking of in terms of kick starting the movie trope. Didn't realise it was all the way back in 1999. Don't I feel old now...

As you were, everyone...

Swetnick's boyfriend will be on Laura Ingraham tonight.
He is going to say she can't be trusted.

Julie isn't working this the right way. If she could get a few to go along, they could start a gofundme and split it accordingly. She would just screw em out of their share from her past history.

She wanted her moment of fame and she got it, probably not the way she envisioned.

"So he was like, at this frat party, trying to hit on girls". "....And he was giving people drinks, even girls".

Ummmm wow, what a shock.

I guess I will never be a Supreme Court Judge.

I never could figure out how they would spike the punch.

So that it would only affect the girls that were supposedly being attacked. If the punch was spiked with drugs everyone that drank it would go to sleep or be blacked out .

The lady is a donuthead, because it’s so easy to punch holes in her story .

who serves "punch" at teenage parties in the 80's? Was there a taffy pull just after the punch?

Well, you do realize they will dismiss anything from Fox News and especially Ingraham. She doesn't count. She is a racist, although she has an adopted child from Guatemala and 2 from - hold onto your seats now - RUSSIA!!!!

Well for one, an unsworn statement holds no water in MD. It was not notarized and may not be legit. 2, the last line is incorrect for anyone INSIDE the US for a sworn statement.

You can look up the laws and the specific wording that is to be used for people inside and outside the US. The wording for hers is the wording for outside the US.

There are other issues, but those are enough to nullify from what I can find.

You’re right, during the 80s the closest thing I ever saw to punch at a party was potluck grog.

Pardon me for a second the mere mention of it made my skin crawl and I had to choke back bile.

I will elaborate for those that might not be aware of the beverage from hell.

People would bring everything from pure grain alcohol to 3.2% beer we would mix it all together. I forget what happened after that. But I sure as hell remember the hangover.
