No, that is the polygraph statement.

I heard that all two questions she had to answer were "Did you tell the truth?" and "Did you lie in any of your story?"

Did the left REALLY think they could push this through as a legitimate "She took and passed a polygraph test"?

Um yes. And if you look at social media and any of the MSM news outlets, it absolutely worked. Soooooo many people say "well she took a polygraph and passed, kavanaugh hasn't even taken one"... yet they dont even know how to establish a baseline for a polygraph test. It's absolutely mind blowing that people blindly accept statements like that. Absolutely mind blowing......

A2D

They should give him one and ask the same questions, watch democrats flip out over him only having to answer 2 really easy questions that anybody could answer.

I never go to CNN.com, but I was curious...

I do not see anything about this OP subject on their headlines.
Their main headline is still pushing the lie that Trump narrowed the scope of the FBI investigation, even now after Trump said he did not.

I seriously worry for the percent of the population that uses CNN as the truth.

Yup they're questioning the fbi investigation saying it not enough. Also comey says they should take their time

Comey aughta know by now that he can blank a bleep.

So it looks like the "Mitchell Report" has 50 direct points all from 1 hour of questions in 5 minute spurts with some interruptions and side shows.

Not bad.

Democrats will have trouble rebutting this, so expect lots of red herrings and more ruses.

At this point, anything and everything "Dr Ford" says or said is mostly BS.

She'll now be a misogynist.

What the hell was that? It should have had 20 stars to represent the 20 states that voted for that fraud Clinton.

CNN is running a headline of how educated women are not supporting Trump.

So, just calling every female Trump voter "uneducated"? Nice. This kind of divisional politics is EXACTLY why folks voted for Trump in the first place. Proof positive that the left still has NO idea why they lost in 2016....so they will be blindsided once again in the midterms.

I know many highly educated women, and a good majority of them are voting red, out of disgust for a) this whole SCOTUS sham (which only weakens other women coming forward), and b) because only an idiot changes horses in the race, when their horse is winning......

It is terrible what they are doing to Judge Kavanaugh. This has really opened my eyes and I think the eyes of so many Americans.

Fact is this can happen to any person at any time for any reason. How many examples in recent history do we need where someone accuses one or more individuals of heinous and unthinkable crimes for the most pathetic reasons. One woman made "gang rape" allegations against football players merely because she wanted to save face with another male student. This arrogant POS even rolled her eyes during the victim impact statement during her sentencing for the false allegations. How many more cases of been outright invented, or otherwise levied as retaliatory measures in interpersonal conflicts? How many more times have they been abused for the purpose of politicking?

How far will the sane majority of this country let this go? At which point do they tire of seeing their fellow Americans carelessly brought down by petty political partisans for the sake of doing it. By those so cavalier and corrupted who actually believe it is their god-given right to levy horrible accusations without evidence and to be universally believed all the time. What a stupid position. Not just that, when they can't dig up evidence to support their claims they go "oh well, time for the court of public opinion" and they still tear down someone's reputation

It is despicable. It is irresponsible. It is anti-American and it is wrong

My youngest joined Team Trump after Madeline Allbright tried guilting women into voting for Hillary. The women of this country are smart enough to pick their own candidates without leftist icons telling them how to vote, and I think many on the left resent them for their independence/self determination (real independence in practice, not their usual leftist feel-good talking/virtue signalling)

I'm sure my youngest isn't the only one who felt insulted by the implication of "There is a special place in hell if you don't vote for Hillary"

Exactly.

My daughter though. Well, I love her to death. But she's gullible as hell. Always has been. I don't know how. But she is. Especially from Social Media. She bought into this whole thing. I reminded her that:

1) the allegation isn't, nor ever was RAPE...it was an alleged GROPE
2) the allegation is that it happened when BOTH were MINORS (and yet at a party with alcohol)
3) the accuser can't remember when it was, where it was, who was there, etc. and other crucial details, making it IMPOSSIBLE to corroborate or investigate.

She back-pedaled a LITTLE...but still is so damn mind-controlled, that she's still angry about it. That's the scary part, is that my daughter isn't an exception, but more the rule among those her age and temperament. They are just too damned LAZY to look beyond the press driven narrative at the FACTS of anything. Hell, they still think SNOPES is a reliable source for political issues.

I wish there was a way you could say in the title that this is the Prosecutor who questioned FORD and KAVANAUGH. I had no idea who this was before opening your thread.

This is great news! Dims will accept it, I'm sure!

I doubt Dems will accept it. They demanded hearings and when they got them they demanded more time and accused Republicans of being bully's. When they got more time they demanded a full FBI investigation and got one. When they got the FBI investigation, within 24 hours, they started claiming it was a farce.

The Democrats dont seem to know when to quit when one of their schemes goes south. They keep doubling down with no clear path.

ETA - Thread title changed to add clarity as to what this thread is dealing with.

That's because it IS a farce. There are numerous former classmates of Kavanaugh who have said they would like to speak to the FBI regarding Kavanaugh, and the FBI has refused to speak to them. Rather, the White House has not allowed it. Weird that they wouldn't want the FBI speaking to people who may be able to support the accusations against Kavanaugh!

Also, Mitchell was handpicked by the GOP. It's no surprise that she would support the stance of the very people who employed her in this affair to begin with. Let's not pretend like this is coming from some impartial entity.
Also, this is a nomination hearing. It doesnt have the same burden of proof as a criminal case. Maybe learn what the hell you're even talking about. This isn't to decide whether or not hes convicted, morons. It's to determine whether he should be SCOTUS. At the very least, there is reason to suspect that he may have committed (multiple) sexual assault(s).
And he has definitively shown that he is utterly incapable of being impartial, seeing as how he ranted and raved about liberals and Democrats. That alone should disqualify him.

Not really. The investigation is about sexual assault allegations. Former classmates that say they saw Kavanaugh get into a fight with somebody who was talking # to Kavanaugh are entirely irrelevant to sexual assault allegations.

These people have had months, if not years, to tell everybody everything they claim to know about Kavanaugh. The fact that the White House and Senate aren't willing to start the process over any time somebody else decides they have a story to share doesn't mean anything other than some people aren't willing to let leftists hold the government hostage.

George H.W. Bush... Donald Trump....Brett Kavanaugh....

Anyone care to take a stab at what they have in common?

Sexual misconduct allegations have been in the political handbook for a long time...they're not going anywhere. (And these are only the most recent allegations......there are literally thousands more..some valid, some not)

The real travesty is that nobody wants to believe anything these days..... even if faced with evidence or the lack thereof. Reminds me of that old country song.... "that's my story and I'm sticking to it!"
