why didnt she scratch and bite? we can speculate all day but there are a lot of reasons. the fact she didnt does not mean it did not happen.

how did they both fall off the bed? lots of ways that can happen.

that she came off her feet and flew through the air for 3 yeard?
or that she stumbled taking 2 steps trying not to fall and landed in or on something 3 yards away?

No, there aren't many reasons she wouldn't scratch and bite. By her own admission she thought she may be killed. If I think I'm going to die, I'm fighting and so is every sane person.

While we don't know every detail, we DO know the details she provided. And the ones provided, taken together, do not make sense.

A 17 year old kid that works out all day could rip the clothes off a scared 15 year old girl easily...under the influence or not.

people freeze up. it does happen.
for whatever reason they just lock up.

IF someone was on top of her attacking her it is possible that she could have froze.

She has also never mentioned if she walked up the stairs with them or if they were just hanging out in the hallway.

Her story stinks of unbelievable BS in my opinion.

That is possible, but for people that have that reaction it causes them to not be able to scream as well.

So she was frozen, no resisting at all...If this all happened why did they stop, why didn't he at least get one piece of clothing pulled down/off, why did she never say the "groping" word until her time in front of the committee, and I think she said it one time kind of all quiet like without really telling us what that means in any way.

One question never asked her and it seems to be a big point the dems made towards Kavanaugh over and over ...when did she lose her virginity? Oh no you can't ask that of a lady...lol

Also, fight or flight doesn't apply in her case. There wasn't any way for flight to happen according to her. It was either fight or die. 100% of people will fight if there's no other option.

i believe it didnt happen because of the length of time that went by between is supposedly happening and her saying something about it.
because in the 30 years since then his character has never been in question.
because she offers nothing that can really be verified.

because on 1 hand she says things like she is afraid and has been afraid and needs 2 doors on her house but in the same hearing she says she houses interns at her house.
to me that does not sound like something a person would do if they were so fearful they need 2 doors on their house.

from what i do hear from both and see from both i dont think it happened.
i am basing my opinion on things i do see and things i do know. not things i do not know.

and in the end we are all making a choice on who to believe anyway.
there is not and will not be evidence to prove her story or his.
there cant be.


i dont agree that 100% of people fight if there is no other option.

my mom has a bathroom on the main level and in the finished basement. when we are at her house visiting if i have to go to the bathroom i go to the lower level.

sometimes people have weird ticks with things. i dont find her using an upstairs bathroom suspect at all

I brought this up before.

It is unusual if you have never been to that person's house and you decide to check upstairs for a bathroom.

The only instance it wouldn't be is if it was a split level. I dont believe the houses near the country club are split level houses though from what I have been looking at.
