Actually....
You can impeach a Supreme Court Justice if you find that they are unable to perform their duties.
The Dems will simply impeach him because he doesn't do the job they want him to do (forward the Progressive movement by legislating from the bench) and it would take a 2/3 vote to do so.

Good for you, Seagull! Unfortunately, as Chuck Grassley said today, the media ignores Democrats who display common sense with any given issue.

The media is crazed... A FEW on the left are crazed and the media makes it's look like millions, but at the end of the day Americans go to work take care of their families and the vast majority left or right see this for what it is...

Given my experiences at "meetings" of my local democratic party over the past almost 4 years, while it's not the majority of Dems that are, as they say, wigging out...it's a significant minority--more importantly, it's an influential, not to mention noisy, out of proportion to their numbers, minority. So much so, that more moderate, even right swinging upon occasion, Dems are being, if not driven out, or leaving on their own, silenced simply be being shouted down. speaking personally, it gets old after a while, it really does.

Firebrand Congresswoman and anti-Trump crusader Maxine Waters warned Justice Brett Kavanaugh he won’t be able to “rest easy” following his brutal confirmation battle; saying women across the United States “are not going to recede.”
Waters was speaking with reporters in Hollywood, California when she was asked to comment on those who feel “dejected” over Kavanaugh’s recent confirmation by the United States Senate.
