Doesn't matter. The point is that that specific EO does not provide for the arrests mentioned by Q so there is no need to wait for it to go into effect.

There is nothing there that would make the usual suspects punishable under the EO. I have yet to find anyone who can point out where the EO makes it possible for military courts to judge civilians.

Warrior has a post around here were he speaks to how it is planned based on what he was told and what it looks like from inside. Good insight, Treason is one part, Sedition is another etc.

The EO streamlines the process, avoiding some very outdated systems that were not designed to deal with our world/liberation. Frankly it is unknowable, the "law" in dealing with this is over the top as it is, but liberation and not Coup or invasion was agreed upon, so legal BS it is - for now

I was using FlightAware to watch flights but dosn't seem to track military.

The JAGs out of Jacksonville NAS are a relatively new leg showing up within the last few weeks. These are UCMJ Attorneys heading to Gitmo! It’s happening! Please follow @MilspecP — he’s doing amazing work particularly tracking flights to Guantanamo!

But, who really knows. So, their is increased activity. What does that mean?

Gitmo is being used for trials now.

The question sits out there like a HRC pinata. Why would the "caravan' continue knowing the military is arriving just for them? Is the thought "gee, screw the military, if we storm past them the population will just love us, they'll give us jobs and everything?"

I hear that's happening and I'm headed home, as how on earth is winding up in a FEMA camp behind 1m other people waiting already a good thing?

Kinda looks like a Sharpie to me...not the best choice for stabbage really. But, having actually had to control patients personally, way more than a hundred times, as a first responder..I can tell you that that is a control posture/hold...albeit loosely, since she is not actively resisting, at the moment.

The weirdest part of the pic to me, is the seemingly house style miniblinds, rather than the typical embedded ones found in vehicles, between double panes.

The argument is that the arrests are being postponed until this law goes into effect but it doesn't apply to the suspects or past crimes so yeah, it doesn't matter which way the SCOTUS might rule if it is challenged, although it probably won't even see anything in regards to this EO.
