But the stink remains for the Dems to come back to this many times over for the next few years.

I think Diane Feinstein is behaving very suspect, she should have an ethics violation
filed against her, and let her clear the whole thing up under oath.

She keeps doing these types of things, did shady stuff in the hearings on
FISA, she had a chinese spy working for her for 25 years.....

If people make enough noise over her unethical behavior she might stop.

But alas, you are right...these people have succeeded once again in
turning our democratic process a circus, and I for one have had it.

Time for phone calls and letters....

everyone IS doing it...
which is rather pathetic regardless of which side it's coming from. and the dems aren't any more hypocritical than the republicans when it comes to this..

To implicate kavanaugh in leaking her name is so laughable. The only group that stood to gain with her coming public was the dems.

well, outside of the dems, and the washington post, him and his friend seem to be the only other people who would know who she was... if it really did happen. heck I could go into a possible motive for them to do it, or a republican who was let in on the secret, but I won't since I do lean towards the idea that it was the dems pushing her onward by creating the situation that she wanted to avoid. so, when I blasted the person or people that let the cat out of the bag, just who do you think I was talking about if not the dems???

The dems are more hypocritical because they claim to be the ones concerned about victims more.

Just like priests that claim a moral high ground saying homosexuality is wrong, and it then turns out they themselves are homosexual are the biggest hypocrites on that situation.

Its time to call a spade a spade; the dems dont care about women or victims anymore tha n the republicans, they are just bigger hypocrites that are pandering to voters selfishly pretending to care about this issue.

This Democrat tactic is getting tiresome. They must work really hard to find someone in the past of their enemies who is willing to twist reality.

They probably assumed that Kavanaugh would be forced to drop out just based on the accusation, as has occurred in other situations. They never expected him to stand up against the accusations. Now the accuser is probably in a pickle because she never thought she would need to testify under oath.

I think the recent "leaks" of the contents of the letter, etc., were intended to try to shame/force Kavanaugh to step down. They are trying everything to get rid of him without the accuser needing to testify.

Kavanaugh is a strong man to stand up to this abuse.

Hope you aren’t eating when you read this, because Stormy Daniels went there

In a blow to his manhood, she describes his genitals in lurid detail, saying his penis is “smaller than average,” but “not freakishly small.”

“He knows he has an unusual penis,” Daniels claims. “It has a huge mushroom head. Like a toadstool… “I lay there, annoyed that I was getting f–ked by a guy with Yeti pubes and a d–k like the mushroom character in Mario Kart,” she adds in a description of his junk that lit up social media, where users assumed she was referring to Princess Toadstool’s trusty servant Toad.

I wonder if Trump will sue over this story but it kinda of explains why women he sleeps with sign a nondiscolsure agreement. President Toad. LMAO

I doubt it because he would have to prove to the court she is lying. LMAO

It’s over, he’s going to be confirmed. The B.S. hide and seek by this “victim” is in what, day 2 now? Someone penned an op-ed about how this could backfire on the Dems. I wish I could find it, because I was thinking “yeah, right” but it turns out they were spot on. Amazing intuition. Big black eye for the Dems. They just made themselves hurt a little worse in November, this on the heels of Cruz now stomping fake Hispanic “Beato” in the polls. Have a GREAT day!

- Can’t wait for the debate Friday😯! Cruz better refer to him as Robert🎃.

I did notice after reading more about this online that the accuser might not appear on Monday. I found that in other sources and wanted to post an update here.

ohhhh who couldn't have seen this coming a mile away

Now, we’re learning that Kavanaugh’s accuser’s attorney Debra Katz isn’t just an ordinary lawyer you might find in The Yellow Pages. This Washington, D.C.-based attorney is a partner at the firm Katz, Marshall, & Banks, and the Vice Chair of the Project on Government Oversight, which is funded by George Soros and his expansive Open Society Foundation financial support.

Katz is tied to a letter the Project on Government Oversight sent to the Senate last month to demand more records on Judge Kavanaugh. Three weeks ago, she was part of the coordinated effort by Democrat-supporting organization trying to make a scandal out of a lack of records on Kavanaugh, despite the massive paper trail that was publicly released, after Kavanaugh’s extensive career in government and as a judge.

She won't unless there is a full FBI investigation, and since the FBI has already said they won't investigate ... you tell me what the odds are of ever getting her to publically put her testimony on the record under oath.

Keep in mind that there have been extensive background checks on Kavanaugh as a federal judge numerous times already and every one was conducted by the FBI.

How do you investigate something many decades old with no concrete details? Location, time, witnesses (except the one who has already sworn in a statement it didn't happen) ... oh, and those details have shifted between versions of the story ...

Boy, you're all over the place trolling and spamming all sorts of threads here on ATS with this same stuff.

How much do you get paid, troll?

BTW - Trump can't sue for defamation of character for this because it's a person's opinion. Kavanaugh's accuser is alleging an event, not an opinion.

You're definitely not "2 smart" for most here on ATS.

There's an easy solution to this...it's called "Put up...or SHUT UP!"

If this person has some "credible" objection to Kavanaugh being confirmed to the SCOTUS then they should be willing to be deposed, under Oath, at a mutually acceptable location. (note: this does NOT mean that no place is acceptable).

Otherwise, this is nothing more than lies and political posturing. Period, end of conversation.

NEXT!...

The whole #meto movement has not been very good for the left...its been like a feeding frenzy...

It's not a partisan issue. Some people support it and some people reject it because of their own ideological position, and some reject it because they have something to hide, but it's not a partisan issue.

It certainly is a partisan issue. The Democrats use this tactic constantly as a weapon against Republicans.

The accuser is a Dem activist.

This happened in PA this year. Republican congressional candidate Marty Nothstein was suddenly accused of assault against a woman decades ago. The police said there was no case, yet a local liberal news media decided to attempt to smear him anyway. Luckily Marty stood his ground and called out the allegations for what they are - a typical Dem smear tactic.

Expect women to come crawling out of everyplace on October to try to take down more Republicans.

Dont be willfully stupid. In order to think she's lying about this, you have to believe that she planned it many years in advance, somehow knowing he would someday be nominated, by telling her husband years ago, her therapist years ago, her classmates MANY years ago. And in order to believe that, you have to be incredibly stupid. I'm fairly certain she cant tell the future.
There were witnesses. There are a multitude of their classmates who have come out in support of her and said that everybody knew about it at the time. Even a cursory look at the psychology behind sexual abuse shows that victims often do not like to press charges or testify, due primarily to idiots like many on here who question them and villainize them and question their credibility, to say nothing of the mental and emotional toll.
The fact that 19 people were stupid enough to star your idiotic comment is depressing. ..

How do you people live with yourselves? The hypocrisy and delusion is sickening.

GOP: it doesnt matter if what Al Franken is accused of happened decades ago and was a poor attempt at a joke, he MUST resign immediately!
Also GOP: What Kavanaughnis accused of happened decades ago, therefore it shouldn't be used against him and it's unfair for it to affect his career!

You idiots used it as a political weapon against Franken, then have the audacity to turn around and not only take the exact opposite stance when it's one of your own, but also to accuse the Democrats of using it as a political weapon.
Legitimately disgusting.

Yea, if she is for real, then once she sent the letter, she should be ready to take this all the way. You can't just sh!t on a guys head and say, "sorry, my bad".

And if she's for real, and this happened, then there should be enough to prove it, with witnesses and all. I mean, a drunken party in the 80's would have had more than 4 people at it, especially if she didn't know him, but was there. I'm just really skeptical of this based on timing. And I'm sick to death of this garbage being used to facilitate an agenda.

The Democrats didn't bother to look into this and just used her as a ploy to sandbag Trumps pick. Sad.
