As far as carbon 14, it is accurate as long as the temp and pressure stayed accurate, however you can’t get massive dinosaurs and 6 foot long...

Why do you continually bring up carbon dating in regards dinosaurs? It isn't used to date dinosaur fossils.

What IS used? To date dinosaur fossils?

There are many ways to date material. Carbon 14 is fairly accurate up to a point. And it is also confirmed/metered by other tests.

.

What other tests are used to confirm/meter the dating of material?

History is history? as presented by who?

Sumerians carved it on stone tablets, Hebrews maintained their history for thousands of years, Hindus had a lot of oral tradition, as well as writing, Greeks had their ways as well. They all described a great cataclysm that wiped out most of humankind.

Erm, that makes them myths. That does not make them facts. The Bible is not a historical document, as any decent biblical scholar who isn't a religious lunatic will tell you.

Hey lady prove dinosaurs existed before you go throwing them on the Ark, how do I know that they weren't put there to discredit Jesus?

2 of every kind didn't include the Nephilim, rephaim, etc.

No champions (Dynos) on board. They died in the flood.

I wouldn't say that. It is all dependant on how you read it. To understand the bible you really need to start with Nanshe and the birds and continue from there....
Here is an attempt at it's translation.

There is alot more to this than you could ever imagine

Yes lets just keep modifying the story every time someone puts a hole in it. I'd really like to see the repeatable results (aka science) for the baby dinosaurs on the Ark hypothesis.

Been a long time but wasn't Noah 500 years old, or there abouts ? That right there is one hell of a time to start building a boat IMO..

Has everyone seen a Penguin walk.. Forget dinosaurs... I want to know how anyone could convince a pair of Penguins (multiple species by the way) to go from one of the poles and walk someplace in the mid-east to board a boat ? That right there is on par with the parting of the waters IMO !

Amazing how all the animals supposedly Qued up in a nice line to board without all the usual squabbles..

The Chinese could use a lesson on how to form a proper Que. Sorry if you have never been to China then you may not know what I am talking about.

I was not there 6000 years ago so I am not an eye witness however...even as a kid and growing up on a farm with many different types of animals.... getting them all to behave would have been a godly act..Probably no big deal for some skyfairy who could make the earth in six days.... even though he needed a break and a rest afterwards. The whole creation thingy must be very taxing even for a god, no?

I do not want to interfere with anyone's belief system for it is not worth my breath and time. They believe what they believe and usually create their own hell on earth though continued living in fear and hell damnation. But when they start trying to push that crap on children I think it is a push to far.

There's also the little issue of how the kangaroos and koala bears got to Australia.

Your secular zeal is showing. So the Sumerian's Gilgamesh, the Greek's Deucalion, The Hindu's Manu, were also just made up? Do you realize how difficult it is to carve stories into stone? They are not writing a Harry Potter novel, they describe important events that they feel the need to literally etch in stone.

Because they were presumed to be millions of years old, they didn't carbon date them. But once organic fragments of blood cells were found by Mary Schweitzer, some thought to carbon date dinosaur bones. Surely enough, just like the presence of soft tissue would imply, these organisms range between 4,000-40,000 years old:

Possibly.

Consider through that even in this day of age no one knows for sure how many species of animals exist on Earth. With some 10,000 species of animals being discovered each year, and over one and a half million species already described.

Projections for the total number of species on Earth range from 2 million to 50 million. I don't know how much viable DNA is required to produce a clone, but that would still be one hell of a massively complex floating DNA repository.

Look at its this way he's God, omnipotent and all powerful, so why would he need an ark to furnish his desires never mind a biblical flood?

Why not just snap your fingers and make it so?

Smarten up.....Noah and his group were trying to survive the End of the World just like we should be doing...they kept domestic and food animals alive with them and likely whatever else they could scoop up.....NOT 2 OF EVERYTHING LOL LOL LOL everything else was on its own…….Noah did not have a DNA bank but someone else might have had one...like the people flying the UFOs today who are collecting our DNA.

Nuh-uh. This drawing from ancient scriptures clearly shows that the dinosaurs missed the boat:

Seriously thought, there are an estimated 6.5 million animal species found on land. The majority is yet to be cataloged and described. 953,434 have been described and cataloged to date. It would take an estimated 1,000 years to catalog them all.

Let's be kind and scrape even more of the top.
Count the mammals: 5,416 different species of mammals.
“And of every living thing of all flesh you shall bring two of every sort into the ark, to keep them alive with you; they shall be male and female” (Genesis 6:19)

BUT there's another twist:
“You shall take with you seven each of every clean animal, a male and his female; two each of animals that are unclean, a male and his female; also seven each of birds of the air, male and female, to keep the species alive on the face of all the earth” (Genesis 7:2-3)

There's about 9,000 cataloged bird species (Estimated 18,000). Times 7? 63,000 birds. But pairs, so that's 126,000 birds on the ark.

Let's pretend all mammals are unclean. So that's 10,832 animals.

The total is now 136,832 animals. That is a LOT of animals. On a boat measuring 450 × 75 × 45 ft or 137 × 22.9 × 13.7 m - about one and a half football fields with 3 "decks" or levels...?

So let's throw the additional 700 different species of baby dinosaurs (that have so far been identified and named) in there and we have an additional 1,400 animals?

Should we really start counting the reptiles, insects, amphibians ,arachnids and other arthropods? Or is it clear that it ain't happening?

Or shall we move the goalpost again?

Apparently Noah and all of those animals were on The Ark for a little over a year.....what did they all eat and where was it all stored?

How long did it take to muck it out?

The cuneiform tablets that the epic of Gilgamesh was written on are clay by the way, not stone...

So its pretty easy to do... lol
