I said he was “playing with treeason”

Deep sigh.....

See my earlier post about what that word means. I don't want to take up space posting this again.

Again, I’m not aware of the legalities.

Actually if you recall, when Trump made his press conference, it was folks like John Brennan accusing Trump of treason. So no, it isn’t “Trump and the right-wing media” diluting the definition of treason. Where were you when this was going on? Nowhere? So fake.

That isn't illegal. And if it is, quote me the legal statute that says so.

Quote me where I said it was illegal.

If you aren’t willing to argue properly, let’s just give up. A waste of time arguing with fakes.

Plenty of people throw the term around in hyperbole. Doesn't mean it gives it any weight.

We’ve gone through this no more than a few weeks ago. Remember trumps press conference with Putin, when your coveted media were accusing Trump of treason? You guys didn’t care then, but do now.

If that's the case how can you say he's flirting with treason? Treason is a legal offense.

The twenty fifth amendment has us covered. Don't worry. It's in the constitution.
Not treason or sedition.

Which means you are making # up. If you call something illegal or treasonous then you need to be able to back it up with legal evidence that says it is so. Otherwise you are just blowing smoke.

Actually if you recall, when Trump made his press conference, it was folks like John Brennan accusing Trump of treason. So no, it isn’t “Trump and the right-wing media” diluting the definition of treason. Where were you when this was going on? Nowhere? So fake.

Don't whataboutism. Just because others (including liberals) have misused the word doesn't forgive you for misusing it.

Quote me where I said it was illegal.

Calling something treasonous or "skirting with treason" as you said is calling something illegal. This clearly circles back on your misunderstanding of the weight behind calling something treasonous.

If you aren’t willing to argue properly, let’s just give up. A waste of time arguing with fakes.

I AM arguing properly. I'm addressing and refuting everything you say point-by-point and demanding you post evidence supporting your position. Don't mistake disagreement with improper arguing. In fact, stop whining about my conduct as a deflection from your losing argument.

Because I’m not a lawyer. Neither are you guys.

What makes me think you are using the term treason with hyperbole? The law outlining how it can be charged against an individual(s).

Yes, you are right. Trump is a lot closer to treason with his sedition with a hostile power that has been proven to try to influence our elections. I will wait to see what Mueller reports before calling him out for it though.

Then how about accepting when you are shown to be wrong? Or are you incapable of conceding a point?

You are making stuff up. You said I was speaking of “illegalities” (I wasn’t), you claimed I said subverting the duly elected president is illegal (I didn’t), and you thought that when I was criticizing the writers behavior I was talking about his anonymous writing, and not to what he admitted to in it. Sorry, but this is just to much fakery to contend with.

It's the highest crime of our country, very few people have been charged and convicted.

This person wrote an OP-ED, they said they were trying to block the president on a few key items without detailing how.

We don't know who the person is, none of this is verified.

How could you say they are flirting with treason? For all we know the alleged group of people trying to stop Trump from a couple of issues are using strong words to stop him. Woopdy effing doo, people do that with their boss on the daily across the world.

I’m not making the case he is guilty of treason despite your claims. Someone will, however.

I'm no audience, and this isn't entertaining me.

I'm a citizen who at the very least wants my nations laws upheld at all times, no matter who the president or person in question is.

I'm tired of people being OK with "their guy" abusing power, every time they take an inch they get a mile. I want no inches given ever, to anybody regardless of who they are. Capiche?

You called an action treasonous. Treason is illegal. It's simple substitution logic. How are you having trouble following that logic?

You are splitting hairs over silliness right now because you can't admit that you were wrong.

You’re the one splitting hairs. Despite your fake claims, I am not making the case for treason.
