Meanwhile, at the Mall...

So (through no fault of my own, mind you), I've found myself at the mall, where 90% of teenage girls apparently now dress like f# hookers.

It has been quite a while since I've been here, obviously.

Now, I know the trick. She leaves the house looking like a nun, gets to the mall and she's transformed into Traci Lords. In my day, that would only work if the parents weren't around. And it happened quite often, so what's the big deal, you ask?

The f# parents are with these little tramps. They brought their 14-year-old daughters here with their ass cheeks hanging out of their... shorts? I don't even know wtf to say. If you let your kid out of the house looking like a slut you need a psych eval, possibly a visit from CPS and most certainly an ass beating.

And it's not just a handful, Democrats. There's misguided underage promiscuous teens everywhere at the mall for you to groom.

Anyway, I'm thoroughly disgusted for the day. And never going to the mall again. Gonna go home and take a damn shower.

Yes, I have a niece and young cousin like this. They think it's the norm and simply do NOT GET IT when you talk about decency, or self image, or that men like a bit of mysterious left to the imagination. No matter who has talked to them: male older mentors (grandpa stand ins at work), their grandparents, uncles, parents - it is beyond their comprehension. Both young ladies have had several talking to's at their various (not just one job for each) places of work. Makes no difference.

Could it be the videos and sexualization all over the place? Look at Riverdale and other shows.

I was just in a small town and the contrast was amazing. The young girls there were in shorts and t-shirts and showing healthy limbs and bodies and looked natural (but not hanging out), and in the city it's almost like a competition, and an attitude of, "I will MAKE YOU see me".

Interesting. And sad.

One of my daughters went through the Goth stage in Hs while the other daughter went through the Redneck Cowgirl stage- so both were always covered up. If they would have ever tried to go anywhere with me and their dad looking like a hooker though it would have been ON like Donkey Kong!!
