From what I can gather this is just an upgraded version of the Emergency Alert System we already have. I wonder if the possible false flag alert in Hawaii a few months ago is related to this in some way ?

It is beyond remarkable how many EO's and laws created by the Bush/Clinton/Obama clan that are now being used against them and their trafficking system. I have said countless times (I'm old I repeat) the laws were never created to protect us from them, but them from us. Somehow, these are now coming back on them. For those that follow at that level, it is surely surreal.
