Do you know who wrote the bill if so I will find it on their web page. Writing a bill to become a law is a big deal for a resume so if you know who wrote it I'll look it up.
When was it voted on? I can look that up too. Get numbers by party.

Too bad I was wrong. The bill was presented by a dem from Illinois trying to make social media posts part of the presidential archive and used Trump's COVFEFE tweet as a base for the name.

If you don't know then don't answer. I have no problem looking it up if it's an actual bill.
Who ever wrote it will have a copy on their web page. A bill is subject to a vote in the house AND the Senate before it goes to the president to be signed into law.
