Could this be a reference to something about to happen to the Senior Executive Service?

Aug 29th = 40 posts
Aug 30th = 30 posts
Aug 31st = 20? posts - 19 so far with an hour to go.

IF only one more post today then I predict 10 posts tomorrow, followed by a BOOM on Sunday Sept 1st.
