WTH? I never had ads popping up on the pages. Today they are everywhere and I might not stay on the site for much longer today. With so many of us having problems, something isn't right.

It's annoying as h*ll but I am sure when we all are experiencing this something went wrong.

And now it is even worse. Just had the entire site force me to one of those "Congratulations" messages.

This is sucking pretty hard.

My page formatting is all jacked up. Big gaps between replies when viewing a thread. I wasn't sure if it was my computer/company settings or affecting the whole site. And I have ads popping galore, when I click "Close Ad" it doesn't go away, it says something about Google Ad Services in the same spot.

WHAT IN THE ABSOLUTE HELL IS GOING ON? Im Logged in and I SEE ADDS EVERYWHERE? Can w eturn on a dblocker until this is fixed?

Glad to see a thread on this. I haven't had ads in years. Now I'm covered up with them. They are even between posts.

It would be nice to get some sort of official comment.

well ATS can stop it if they designate the members area a pass by removing adsense,and adchoices access to these areas AFTER sign in.

Staff are definitely aware of the problem because it's doing the same thing to some of us. The issue seems to be site-wide with no clear pattern as to who is affected or why. Some are being plagued and others aren't having any issues.

I've used several browsers and devices with varied success which makes it all more puzzling. On Safari there are big gaps between all the posts and banner ads at the bottom and no issues at all from a laptop on Firefox, IE or Opera. It's weird indeed.

The problem will need to be resolved by SO as that's his area. Please stand by for things to return to normal and sooner rather than later.

I can tell you why. Googleadservices,adsense,and adchoices are overstepping their bounds AGAIN. thses can be fixed on the BACKEND by adding RESTRICTIONS or REMOVING their ACCESS to Logged in members pages.

Besides the ads I too am getting the gaps in between posts. Don't think I can stand this much longer!

It's happened a couple of times before and SO has reigned them in.

My phone is blowing up with ads today!!

ATS is completely unusable like this!! Ads covering the whole page, every post has an ad under it.

What gives?

We're trying to figure out what's going on.

Bill has been told, of that we may be sure. Everyone, with a few exceptions, are having the same issue. First time in ten years here, I'm getting ads...

I can deal with a day or two of 'em. Doesn't, however, mean I have to like it. Hopefully, it'll get fixed sooner, rather than later.
