Hello's everyone!
Been awhile, yet off in my travels I often think about "The Shed". So since I never know what I can possibly add, off in my typical hunter-gatherer mode I FINALLY found the perfect thing.

Those in the UK this will probably be a "meh" moment for you, but for myself it was a perfect respite from all the crap here in the US. It's more the cast of characters and their progression thru all the series than any one specific thing I loved about these programs. Enough of being cryptic...



The Edwardian Farm, an Victorian Farm Series were also really nice.
Altho I can honestly say I will NEVER spend 4 days ever getting my whites whiter, or ever be hungry enough to eat sheep's head...still....

Am apparently on a "civility jag" and have been delving into things from the UK. Plus it's always interesting to learn old ways of doing things. Seeing as I'm a better reader than writer, it's daunting here in the Shed. (Truly!)

I'm so much better at digging thru the inter webs for obscure info for people an there isn't much of a need here for that. But am serious about being on a civility jag. I haven't decided if it's my inner snob acting up or if it's just a mad rash of imbeciles crossing my path lately?

More of a reader than a writer eh? It's getting harder and harder to feed the lurkers out there behind the bushes. It's nice to see folks pop in where it's nice and comfy and the pixies can make you a drink or cook up something good to eat.

Enough. This is why I am leaving The Shed. Back handed references to what you perceive as attacks on you. Could you be honest? "Mortal Treason" "Taste of a Bitter Soul"
We share our pain, suffering and joy here, we trust each other, have done it for years, if you don't like this approach so be it. But be honest for Gods sake. Speak Up.

Sheye, you might not have intended to offend WiS, but you did. It's not other people's fault you come off as passive/aggressive or smug -- you tend to do that in other threads. If you truly didn't intend to ruffle feathers, please, by all mean, clarify that to WiS.

I was too busy to look up the lyrics and completely missed that.

It's ok to follow the religion one wishes to follow, but taking digs at others who do not follow your religion or preach it is not acceptable.

I should have added to my last reply that people have tried to be tolerant and spoken of what they think and feel. To continually take digs at people for having different beliefs isn't kind.

I didn’t even listen to the lyrics.. wanted to post heavy metal for the fans and this what a search for something else turned up. Are there even lyrics ? Sounded like a bunch of demons screaming to me.

Me thinks some people are far too sensitive and reading into things not intended as they are taking them. I often wonder about the intent of some posts, and sometimes take them as a dig... difference is I don’t have conniption about it. For those who say the Shed is for positive feedback, practice what you preach.. because I’ve read some very negative posts from members who claim this is all about positive exchange.

Sheye, you knew what you were doing, Mortal Treason is a Christian heavy metal band. You had to specifically search for this song, it's not up there in the returns, the searches I made for "heavy metal songs" turned up mostly mainstream and popular underground bands. Not Christian metal.

If you had of told me it was a Christian band , I never would have believed you. I was searching something else and that popped up. They are Christian ??? 😳

So now that we have established they are Christian, does that make me evil for posting it ? Should I refrain from posting Ava Maria in the Shed, because it might offend some. I’ve been offended by some songs people choose, but I refrain from throwing tantrums.
