Well over the last year buzzfeed has successfully fended off the deposition and disclosure of the dossier source - until yesterday. Apparently Gubarezs team presented evidence that convinced a judge so we shall see.

In the meantime, defend the KGB.

It will be interesting to see how this unfolds. This has the potential to backfire in people's faces, as it forces Fusion to reveal certain details, it could also end up giving more weight to the claims within the dossier, as has happened a few times so far.

This may also be a fishing expedition, as the Russian exec involved tried to find more people to file suits against in civil court.
