Representatives of Fusion GPS must answer a broad array of questions about the opposition research firm’s role in creating, investigating and disseminating the infamous Steele dossier, a federal judge ruled.
U.S. District Court Judge Ursula Ungaro issued the decision Tuesday in a defamation lawsuit a Russian tech executive filed against BuzzFeed News, which published the dossier on Jan. 10, 2017.
The trial is scheduled to begin in Miami in November.
Ungaro ruled that attorneys for the executive, Aleksej Gubarev, can ask Fusion GPS representatives in a deposition about the firm’s dossier clients, its efforts to verify the dossier, its decision to hire dossier author Christopher Steele and its interactions with government officials and media outlets, including BuzzFeed. “This ruling gave us everything that we had hoped for,” Evan Fray-Witzer, a lawyer for Gubarev, told The Daily Caller News Foundation.
“After a year of trying everything they could think of to avoid being deposed, Fusion is finally going to have to sit down and answer our questions,” he added.
Gubarev is mentioned in the last of 17 memos in the dossier. The final memo, dated Dec. 13, 2016, claims Gubarev’s web hosting companies used viruses and malware to infiltrate the DNC’s computer networks. The dossier also alleges Gubarev worked for Russian intelligence services.
Gubarev has vehemently denied the allegations and claims that BuzzFeed was negligent in failing to investigate the claims before publishing the dossier.
Steele, who is being sued by Gubarev in London, revealed in court filings in 2017 that he had not verified the final dossier memo before BuzzFeed published the document.

This dossier is full of it and they know it.
That's why the distraction.
That's why the witch-hunt.
That's why they're so desperating trying to make Trump look bad.
It amazes me how people are still falling for this crap.

Unfortunately you're one of a kind.
Most of the democrats only want to see Trump down no matter if he's doing a good job or not, and no matter if there was collusion or not.

Judge Orders Fusion GPS To Reveal Dossier Details In BuzzFeed Lawsuit
Representatives of Fusion GPS must answer a broad array of questions about the opposition research firm’s role in creating, investigating and disseminating the infamous Steele dossier, a federal judge ruled.

So this explains why Democrats are all of a sudden trying to change the media cycle to something else. FusionGPS is now required to comply with deposition requests and to turn over detailed information on its dossier.
Of note -
“This ruling gave us everything that we had hoped for,” Evan Fray-Witzer, a lawyer for Gubarev, told The Daily Caller News Foundation.
Why is this important?
Point out where Gubarev is listed in Muellers latest indictments for 12 Russians claiming they hacked the DNC.
Mueller indictment 12 Russians**PDF LINK**
The dossier makes the claims that is was Gubarev who hacked the DNC email system. So if he wasnt the one who hacked it then what else in the dossier is BS(aside from everything else it contains).
Steele, who is being sued by Gubarev in London, revealed in court filings in 2017 that he had not verified the final dossier memo before BuzzFeed published the document.
This also supports the fact the DOJ/FBI lied in their FISA warrant applications.
Someone is lying - Gubarev or Mueller and the implication destroys the dossier (again).

So Gubarev wants to expose the people who betrayed him using a lawsuit. If Fusion GPS reveals their sources, they might be liquidated. And you are all cheering this on?
The company conducts open-source investigations and provides research and strategic advice for businesses, law firms and investors, as well as for political inquiries, such as opposition research.[1]
The trial is scheduled to begin in Miami in November.
That party will still have Fusion GPS.
There own personal KGB.

In a civil case, the plaintiff needs to show that the libel has caused harm. Has Gubarev lost business? Friends? This case will go nowhere.
