Yes just overlook lies that the government was behind, just like a liberal, but if it later doesn't benefit you then complain, not a way of taking care of things

Trump said his father was born in Germany.

He misspoke, but obviously meant he’s father has German ancestry.

Pretty sure this is Obama’s point too.

But one gets a thread made about it, the other ignored.

Because one talked about his father, and one talks about himself. Its not that hard.

That's certainly debatable and at the end of the day not as relevant as the fact that he is definitely anti-American, anti-Constitutional and a hyper-racist.

That is Obamas legacy.

The only evidence I ever believed on all this was the British intelligence meeting during Obama’s initial campaign, where they were amazed that a Kenyan born candidate was running and that the U.S. govt knew.

I thought we were all finished with this nonsense that Obama was from Kenya.

He didn't misspeak, he was saying that he was the first sitting American president to visit Kenya, just a poor choice of words but then again when you cherry pick 18 seconds worth of footage am pretty sure you could also have him admit to being in league with Satan.

Its pretty obvious that he is saying that he is the fist sitting American president to visit not that he is from Kenya and speaking of his Kenyan heritage.

This has been long ago debunked, even Trump now admits that Obama is actually American.

Thats my view on what he said, I don't understand how anyone could misinterpret this to be Obama standing up infant of the world press confessing to have been born in Kenya, unless that is you already have a predetermined belief that he was Kenyan and are blinded by confirmation bias.

Just because I don't see things another's way, doesn't mean I should hate them. But your statement of saying ..........I absolutely hate Trump supporters says a lot about what is wrong in society. I didn't care for Obama but I didn't hate him or his supporters. But hey if hate is what is in your heart and you think it will help solve the problems of the world (and it won't)...........then knock yourself out. Have a good day !!

Trump supporters continue to blow my mind on a daily basis. If the same set of rules were applied across the board things would be completely different. But alas hypocrisy and double standards are much more important than logic and fairness. Or relevance for that matter.

If you’re trying to make me feel bad, it won’t work.

I hate Trump supporters.

I’m indifferent to Trump.

Believe it or not, the two are actually mutually exclusive.

Qualifications for the Office of President Age and Citizenship requirements - US Constitution, Article II, Section 1 No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.

www.presidentsusa.net...

To be a Senator or Representative, you must be a citizen of the United States. To be President, not only must you be a citizen, but you must also be natural-born.

www.usconstitution.net...

Consensus exists that anyone born on U.S. soil and subject to its jurisdiction is a natural born citizen, regardless of parental citizenship. See United States v. Wong Kim Ark; 14th Amendment. The Supreme Court noted in Perkins v. Elg that this is true even of citizens who were born in the United States yet grew up in foreign countries.

There is some debate over whether or not one may also be a natural born citizen if, despite a birth on foreign soil, U.S. citizenship immediately passes from the person's parents.

It does not explain him lying and saying he was born in Hawaii.

Some Trump supporters are both hateful and ridiculous at the same time. Not all, there are a few decent ones on ATS.

The 'some' claim everything he says and does is amazingly great even though it flies in the face of reason. I mean they've given him the attributes of Jesus and Obi Wan Kenobi ffs! He's gone from serial bankruptee, reality TV personality to being venerated as possibly the greatest genius of all time with the power to see through time and space. The level of defensiveness has rendered everything they say meaningless because they'll twist and turn to keep him on the pedestal.

And Jeez, the level of hate they aim at non-whites, women, Libs, foreigners, other countries, gays is off the scale. It's also a bloody miracle that they haven't migrated to Russia because, by their accounts, it's the only country in the world worth a piss.

^^^These people are out there and the only good thing to add is they're much less screechy than last year. I don't blame anyone for hating these people because they want a world in flames and neighbour against neighbour.

No; his father was Kenyan, so he "comes from Kenya," as Trump comes from Germany.

Bit like the millions of 'Irish/Italian/Polish' Americans who haven't been 'back home' in generations. They say they're from Ireland/Italy/Poland despite having lived in Boston and NY since the 19th Century.

My grandparents were all Irish and my parents are both British. I'm English. Obama's American despite having a fair claim to Kenyan heritage like I have a fair claim to Irish heritage.

The passport/birther thing won't go away as long as the current POTUS is a big believer...like Alex Jones. Michelle has a dick, Barrack's a gay, Muslim Kenyan and nobody has ever caught them out besides YT researchers and Mr Trump. Sounds plausible...
