His father was from Kenya, his mother was in Kenya when he was born supposedly, but she was just visiting. He is considered a natural born American, someone can be born outside of this country and still run for president as long as they are American Citizens yet.

If one parent is a US Citizen at the time of the child's birth; the newborn automatically is a US citizen, regardless of where they are born. Unless the parents renounce the US citizenship of the newborn.
why did he and the DNC continually lie to the American people about where he was born
That was probably the first time he ever "WENT" to kenya.

But the big deal would be the humongous lie and faked BC.

No, he’s not. It’s heritage, that’s what he’s talking about.
Even if your Birther conspiracies were all true it wouldn’t matter because he’d still be an American citizen. You know, the Right was awfully silent about Ted Cruz, a man who was actually born in another country.

I think there needs to be some legal clarification that reflects the modern world better. Technically he would have to be born on US soil, but in today's world that needs to be reviewed. After all lets say your parents were on vacation when you were born, then does that mean you are disqualified at birth from holding high office?
Are you a US citizen if one parent is?
In a number of situations, if you were born to parents, at least one of whom was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, you automatically gained U.S. citizenship through the process of acquisition. It does not matter whether you were born on American soil or foreign.

The issue was brought up a lot? By who, the Left? Trump was asked about it a few times but it went nowhere. The Right was not at all going after Cruz, especially compared to Obama, which is still present amongst Right wingers right here in this thread!
His mother denounced her citizenship? What does even mean?
