Ok...so the video should corroborate what this guy is saying.

He said he was told to get on his knees and he was shot....basically execution style and that he tried to crawl away.

Considering the video has not been shown, that alone would verify his credibility if that is the case.

According to the attorney speaking he has personally seen it.

The attorney just spoke about another guy, Dougherty(sp?). He said he was eventually not a good person. He then went on to speak about how he thought his resume was likely false.

This is EXACTLY the problem I have with anyone claiming anything.

The guy sent a resume...they looked at the resume and I guess took it at face value.

What good intel doesn't check a resume?

Now the witness is saying he was cleared by Secret Service?

Oh but it does. If the police don't want to solve a murder---it will never be solved. "Botched robbery" has sufficed for many a murder when the police really had no interest in bringing the guilty to justice.
