Aides can "rubbish" the claim 'till they're blue in the face, but they confirmed it was true in the congressional hearings.

Well they are obviously not disguising his voice so my guess is his identity will come out soon.

Obvious issues....the guy is not an eye witness. He is speaking from "overhearing" conversations so I am super sceptical.

Fair point. This is all hearsay.

His testimony will have to lead to a stronger investigation or outside law enforcement. Don't think it will stand on its own without something more.

I will say the witness does sound like he is speaking from actual interaction and not just making it up at this point.

Obviously he could have prepared and invented this story but he seems to be speaking from memory based on his fluidity.
