I don't know what stopping the U.S. from promptly returning these folks back to the other side of the border. Avoid all the separation, processing of paperwork, investigations, etc..

I just saw a tour of the detainment centers on TV. Nice medical facilities, playgrounds, indoor children entertainment areas, etc.. They looked cleaner and safer than many of the apartment complexes and schools here in Chicago.

Pretty good conditions for a concentration camp. I guess the government is trying to a better job than it did with the Japanese Internment camps in the 40's.

Trump should issue a blanket pardon. The moment they're caught, load them on buses/trains/planes and take them back across the border.

Or maybe an immigration judge is the only one that can have someone removed from the country? Do you think border agents can just yank someone back over the border and say have a nice day?

If he pardoned them they would immediately become eligible to be released into the United States because they cant detain anyone without them committing a crime.

You do realize that if the adults did not
cross the border illegally, there would be
no chance of separation.

Keep in mind The Law.
For instance, in a domestic dispute,
children can be separated from their
parents or guardians. Endangerment.

This occurs daily among U.S. Citizens.

They just had it on the BBC then they showed the kids all wrapped up in tin foil in cages. They looked so happy .
