Had they photoshopped a pic where certain hubs of light for military needs were present, I might not have thought twice. But a country with nukes and no lights... Bull#. Once you have power running distribution is both cheap and easy. To deprave your countrymen (military men) of light is beyond stupid. You wouldn't last a new York minute without it.

We have not got good info on Pak yet, yes, introduction seems possible. Frankly the three missing parts: Pak, Afgh, Iraq. I'm wondering of those are just part of the Iran package???
