Here's an interesting NDTV article putting Ivanka Trump, Moon Jae-in and General Kim Yong Chol together back in February:

Taken together an anagram provides "ICS IP".

ICS stands for Internet Connection Sharing and is software within Microsoft Windows from Windows 98 second edition onwards.

This software allows any computer on a LAN (Local area Network) to use a single internet connection for the LAN. The down side for audit purposes is that you cannot tell, externally to the LAN, which computer on the LAN was responsible for any particular internet use/transaction.

In example, if you had a secret server with Debbie Wasserman Schulz, Awans, HRC, BHO all linked to it on a LAN, you could not tell which one's computer had accessed the internet via the server because they would all show the same IP address!

Note that I said "externally". The server itself holds logs which show the NAT used to link specific physical computers to the IP address used by the server.

Therefore - you can prove what was done on the server from the outside but you cannot prove WHO did it without having the physical server to check the logs!!!

No wonder it's important to get hold of the lost server!!!
