When the CIA gets dismantled then we might party like its 1999. It's addicted like a dope fiend to manufacturing conflicts and running dope. Without the CIA the Korea ordeal,the Iran ordeal, the Arab Spring, Stria, 911, and on and on and on crisis wouldn't have even hardly been.

But this thingie today was a step in a better direction no less.
