But attaching the thing, and/or making it fully functional to the point where it could actually do what it says on the tin, is somewhat beyond our current scientific medical ability to achieve.

And 10 years down the line when it becomes viable he would still be a Man with a female womb, the operative word being Man.

You know, as a human genetically born female with female organs and genitalia, I could take great offense to this guy. Why does he get to just go back and forth between genders whenever he feels like it? It also seems as though he has no respect for women now since he is obviously only using his female organs for the sole purpose of procreation. SMH
