James Comey threw McCabe Under the Bus in mid-April.
Source: thehill.com...
Now McCabe wants to get even.
Apparently, CNN has obtained a copy of the letter from McCabe's attorney to Senator Grassley.

Breaking news reports that ahead of the Senate hearings on the long
awaited DOJ Inspector General Report former FBI Deputy Director
Andrew McCabe is requesting immunity in exchange for his testimony.
Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is set to appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee soon,
but he apparently has made a request for immunity in exchange.
“Under the terms of such a grant of use immunity, no testimony or other information provided by Mr. McCabe could be used against him in a criminal case,” wrote Michael Bromwich, a lawyer for McCabe, to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, who has requested McCabe testify next week.

McCabe has been referred to the DOJ for criminal prosecution by the IG.
His attorneysclaim he can provide emails that contradict James Comey's
testimony. Comey, along with Lynch have both been invited to testify
in this June 11th hearing.
It seems there are several takes on this, one would be that McCabe
has not worked out a deal yet and faces prosecution from one
referral already made. Another would be he is worried about other
implications from the upcoming report.
Maybe playing Russian Roulette has turned out to be very dangerous?
Stay tuned, things are heating up, soon and very soon.
Update:
Grassley wrote to the FBI Tuesday requesting that McCabe be released from a nondisclosure agreement that prevents him from providing those emails, among other records.

Well...we all know how this worked out with the others that were granted immunity.
Likely the same outcome here.
They always seem to have a way out. I think if he is granted immunity and lies then that immunity is taken away.....I think this may be the only way to get them in the end.

CNN is prolific with filing legal "Information Requests". A judge turned them down last week for some documents related to how the FBI spying on Trump started. Just read today that CNN filed an FOIA (?) request for info on Puerto Rico relief efforts. They're always digging for anything that can hurt the Trump administration. CNN is NOT pro-America.

Does McCabe have anything new to bargain with?
Isn't it the other way around?
There were closed door sessions today, Bill Preistap testified.

McCabe is playing a game. As the letter states, he was charged with a really small crime. Maybe no jail time at all. But he doesn't want to take that chance.

BAHHAHAHAAHAHAAHAHAHA
This is what news agencies do. They did it under Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan.... Its nothing new to Trump nor is it anti-American.

It's confirmed.
I would be willing to give him immunity for the bigger fish to fry.

It is almost certainly the former. There is no mention of testimony contradicting Comey in the portion of the message quoted on CNN.

According to reports, Priestap threw Peter Strzok under the bus during his closed-door testimony. But Andrew McCabe is neck-deep in all of this too. I think this is a last-second Hail Mary pass by McCabe, because he is likely facing charges of perjury, and possibly obstruction of justice.

Well, expand your veiwing to look at the letters between Grassley,
and McCabe's lawyer. Or is that a no no to look at an actual source,
must you always rely on CNN?
