No, they can't.

They're too busy worrying about an adult man seeing some adult skin to worry themselves about the children. At least, until they can use the cries of "IT'S FOR THE CHILDREN!" to further their own (sick) agendas...

Those things sicken me as well, and they're directly responsible for damaging the lives of many little girls by dragging desperate parents into a world of celebrity they are not prepared for. And don't get me started about the pedophilia implications... but, hey, priorities and all that you know.
