I don't subscribe to that notion, but it's not hard to come up with a reason. A really simple one would be to get Democrats defending Mueller so when he comes out with indictments on them all their reversal and subsequent criticism of him would look insanely hypocritical. Kinda like the back and forth with Comey is a good guy/bad guy/good guy. Republicans were guilty of this too.

Most people believe that the liberal media is so Anti-Trump because they hate him. Certainly they "dislike" Trump because he's a Republican. The same with Bush.

The Mueller investigation has failed to Frame Trump. Just a diversion from the real criminals that will hopefully be taken care of. Their was some hopeful speculation that Mueller was somehow secretly working with Trump but most in their right minds never believed it for a second. Mueller is a well known deep state criminal operative fighting for his life.

Reefer madness Sessions (the one who has made all this framing of Trump possible) needs to go for several reasons. He is either inept and unable to do anything to protect Trump or he is a compromised part of the swamp.

Lets see.... Informant/Spy inserted into Trump campaign from beginning .... Russian "Collusion" investigation since before election.... Left Screaming to remove POTUS since inauguration .... This started 2 years ago, And the same old song and dance continues. You'd think if there was russian dirt on the POTUS it would be out by now.

Is Mueller dragging his feet to right the wrong as far as the POTUS is concerned ? If Trump is a clear and present danger then I see Mueller as the threat to our country allowing this to occur. Yup Mueller.
