There is only one individual responsible, it is the individual who made the free will choice (or it could have been another case of magneto-thermal stimulation , aka real mind control that has now existed for over a decade just like invisibility and the ability to create and plant DNA evidence at crime scenes) to take lives of unarmed innocent people.

Now, do slasher movies like the Purge, which will be again released on our nations B-day this summer, and violent games contain subliminal messaging to randomly target the over 30 million Americans using some kind of psychotropic or SSRI as medication so that the guaranteed 1/10 of a percent anomaly that the manufacturers guarantee will experience hostile, aggressive, and violent behavior as side effects still add up to several thousand acts of violence or mass violence every year have some role to play?? Yes, they do. The top of the food chain for the pharma industry, defense, media, and prison have already developed the formula that works perfectly for creating mass hysteria and being certain so many people will be guaranteed to commit acts of violence with targeted messaging that first convinces as many people as possible need drugs, which the pharma industry so happily provides. Then stage 2 is targeting individuals who already have their entire lives and personality profiles in a database with entertainment that is most likely to trigger very improper thoughts in their brain known to be amplified by the medication they are also already known to be taking.

Stage 3 is simply making sure enough humans are exposed in a market guaranteeing that somebody with those variables, that 1/10 of a percent will finally snap and commit acts of violence.

This is all simple math really. Before your response goes "uhh, well I watch my lovely apocalypse and murder movies, but Im not out there murdering people!" yea, no #. I could send you a flyer in the mail advertising my products and services, that does not mean your going to buy anything right? But I sent out 10,000 flyers, which guarantees that even if only one percent buys anything, thats one hundred people generating revenue for me. it is the same concept, cast your line enough times, and eventually something will bite. A fish, gator, dolphin, squid, stingray, whatever. But something is going to bite eventually, even if they just steal your bait.

So does media and pharma part of the issue as enablers? Yes, but they are not responsible until you can eviscerate their records and find written proof of this conspiracy. However, until then they are just enablers. The only one responsible, is still the young man who decided to murder people that day.

In many cases they were ancient Romans who had lost everything and couldn't afford life so they might sell a child or three into slavery or become slaves outright the entire family.
