Short ambient song - 'The Temptation of Jesus' - Christians please tell me what you think!

I am NOT religious.

This is a short ambient and atmospheric composition, the chords used are meant to express Jesus's point of view when faced with temptation.

If it offends you, please let me know, and if it strikes a CHORD with you, I would be honoured, as this is not a subject I have touched on before. I normally make waaaay different stuff.

I think that was great! Suspense, evil, torment, darkness, questioning. I have no clue about music or notes or any of that stuff. But I felt what you are conveying in it. Liked the angel type song in the background.

I normally write rather aggresive or trippy dnb/videogame music, and haven't touched on my ambient side in YEARS.

I can tell you are a creative and passionate (with what you enjoy doing) person. Keep at it. That's where the magic of one's life lives. It's in you and has to come out. Everyone has something that makes them feel completely alive, fulfilled, and I am pretty sure this is yours.

I could easily see this as a movie track.

Thanks. I really want to help reinforce Christian values without even being part of their religion. I see many of them as troubled, but beautiful and honest people. Outside guidance is just as important as from within...

I had a dream about Jimmy Page once. He was.... disappointed in me.

At that time in my life, I was doing a lot of bad things to myself and constantly tormented with fear and paranoia, and going through some supernatural experiences. I took it out on my guitar with rock music. Many satanic themes, though I didn't take them too seriously. I like the evil sounds they make.

I take my dreams very seriously though. And I'm very well aware I have an uncanny level of rock authority... for being untalented that is. Master of bluffing though.

So thanks for putting me on his... page. He's quite something.

Ugh, I only make stupid puns like this when I'm a bit pinned on le drugz, which I am at the moment, sorry if I seem twee, I just have to keep the ball rolling with my writing and use linguistic tricks. IDK, I'm weird haha. It's obnoxious but I digress.

I work with energy. I know basically no musical theory. I use a technique based on how I react to the sounds to create music.

So the conspiracy is in how the playlists tell a story. You will notice the 'vibe' changing or developing. There's more but you would have to ask me specifically about things.

I have become a broken person from doing the wrong things this way... many... many... times. I have been writing music under serious duress in the past, experimentally without an idea what I was doing... things got disgusting... I was a creep unintentionally. Like, not outwardly... like a #ing loser. It was bad.

Free form expression.

BUT!

You have know Jesus doesn't work with peanut butter and cotton candy against his enemies.

So kinda fail there. But you are not religious.

A rather pleasant clip but no way what you think it would be.

Think about it.

This portrays Him as a "no prob" everything is smooth.

I don't hear the temptation and struggle of Christ. No dynamics, musically.

Hell, it's like my decision of sushi or noodles. That's not temptation.

But what do I know,, I'm just a cook.

Ummm, but. In relation to Christ? This is him having some very seedy issues that I find difficult to put into words. And I say seedy only because of Christ's typically portrayed character trying to find a niche in this music. He would be acting... quite odd.

I don't think this is Jesus music my dude. Do you want to hear some of my Satan stuff? haha.

Okay my dudes, just gonna hijack my own thread and commit some sacriledge... forgive me... but atleast this is 'parody' music.

This is a classic tune I made about this walking-talking character ringing Satan's doorbell and complaining, asking where Satan is, Satan comes to the door and the character is like "It's a miracle!" (this is a joke, get it? lol) and then Satan has a verse where he does some melodic huffing and puffing, then they fight. The song repeats again but some stuff is added (spooky!). It was made on naughty person drugs that only adults can use.
