No need to mess around with the video just go to google maps search for Teufelsberg and it brings it right up. I'm not sure what the guy in the video means by I wasn't supposed to see this if it is right there on googlemaps.

It took me to www.denkmal-teufelsberg.de... which makes sense.

If the overlay, and even the maps one appears to be an overlay, takes you to a Q related site then you are being herded.

ETA: If you look at the pics it looks like an artist collective or something like that.
