In a weird way we agree on a lot but for different reasons and at the same time the same reasons.

For instance, we both agree men and women of today deserve each other because of all the bad in each gender.
The only real difference is I do it with mockery dipped in sarcasm and you do it in justifying poor choices.
It is the choices part that should seperate you from the animal kingdom not join it.

six weeks is ridiculous... but they'll just keep pushing and pushing anyway. that's half of why so many people support trump no matter what he does, they're hoping for another supreme court justice for their team so they can roll back the clock and make abortion illegal.

Wait for it...wait for it...TRUMP!!

So many these days keep pushing for more regulations, bigger Government control with the loss of freedoms be damn. Young people are willing to give up freedoms if they can keep big brother over them their whole lives. For many they are happy with this, well until something comes along and they say WTF, not abortions...well you all been voting on that Pandora's box for a long time now...enjoy

There are bigger issues than trying to roll back abortions by stacking the Supreme Court with religious judges. Just not going to happen, but hey lets use it as another fear doctrine.

i didn't say it was, i just said it was a big motivation for some of the people who support trump no matter what he does -- that false hope that they're going to get that long-sought-after prize.

"so many" and "some" are rather far apart in terms of percentages. Ya there are some...OK... a few religious fanatics, but that wasn't what you were trying to say....

Do you think making abortion illegal at the federal level is one of Trumps's top goals with the supreme court?

It's Mike Pence's goal.

I do.

Donald Trump promised during his presidential campaign that he would appoint anti-abortion judges to the Supreme Court and that Roe v. Wade would be overturned “automatically.”

www.vox.com...

“Well, if we put another two or perhaps three justices on, that’s really what’s going to be — that will happen,” Trump said during that October debate. “And that’ll happen automatically, in my opinion, because I am putting pro-life justices on the court.

Or was he lying? Pandering, as it were.

ya know, I believe Annie is older than me, and well, we are both past our prime when it comes to reproducing.
in my time, most women and men got married before they thought about having kids at least!! but, we aren't great seers able to peer into our crystal balls and see the future so clearly. things change, people change, # happens!!!
what may have been a perfectly sane decision at the time, just might not pan out too well as those changes occur...
not everything boils down to good or bad decisions.
a women marries a lawyer, they have five kids together and she is pregnant with the sixth.... and he up and leaves her for his sexitary... they've been married at least 10 years, since the oldest one is 10...
and of course, according to you, her problem is that she made a bad decision when she married the guy???
maybe he was the one that made the bad decision when he decided to throw in the towel on 10 years of marriage and six kids, and wife for crying out loud...
and yes!! this is a true story.. it happened, back in the 70's.
maybe annie didn't make a bad decision when she married the man she did, maybe the man she married made the bad decision when he decided that he just didn't like having to share his wife with his own children.
and, maybe, just maybe.... those daddies out there share equal blame when it comes to abortions as the women do!!
after all, they opted to have sex with a women who didn't want to have any kids, opted to have sex when they didn't want to have kids, heck, opted to have sex without learning much of anything with the women they were having it with!!

and, # happens!! the messes are made, and we do our best to clean them up to make the best out of a bad situation.

sometimes, weather you like it or not.... abortion is the lesser of the evils. sorry if you don't like that fact. sorry if you can't accept abortion as an alternate option for women...
there are ways that the number of abortions could be reduced, and really they have been reduced...
ya know, make birth control easily accessible, honor motherhood and be a little respectful of mothers for the work they do, be respectful of your partners, dates, husbands and wives and know what they want, and what they don't want, and if no kids are wanted well, then, maybe no sex is needed?

but no, that last one will never happen. will it??
and even if it did, abortions wouldn't be eliminated because there are valid reasons, valid medical need for the procedure!!

Sure he lied...So what?

Can you tell me of a single politician, wait every human on this planet that doesn't, did and will do in the near future? The last administration lied consistently...and those lies led to big mistakes, once again so what... We didn't force it then why now, and we even voted them back into office, or tried to.

Are you really concern that Roe vs Wade is going to be overturned? That some how Trump can make that happen, or is even in his top 100 things to do list?

It been a dead horse we keep kicking.

It most likely is for him, but it doesn't matter...not going to change Roe vs Wade...

Why did you marry him then in the first place?

He was hard working, a good provider, intelligent, and treated me like a Queen. He simply did not want to share me, not even with his own children.

Would you suggest I choose him over the children? Women have done that.

I'm 72.

I married in 1965.

Only man I was ever with (until divorce finalized).

We were married for 2 years before deciding to have children.

We agreed on it. It wasn't an Oops!

He just couldn't do it, share my attention.
