Oh PLEASE! Spare me your sob story. You lost all credibility in this thread when you tried to employ the race card to whine about a guy getting kicked out of a bar allegedly for wearing a MAGA hat after he paid and tipped a near $200 bar tab.

We don't need those laws. Let the free market decide whether to support a business that discriminates or not support them. Some won't get their way and will see businesses they feel discriminated against them continue to thrive, but such is life. The alternative, protected classes and special laws for some, isn't Constitutional, period.

A lot of bars have policies about affiliations and signs. Some are specific (no red or blue, no m.c. logos, etc).

I think maga culture fits. We don't have that policy but I'd be surprised if anybody got served wearing a maga hat at my bar. Even if it was worn ironically, I think it would cause problems.

So you cant refuse someone service based on race, religion, sexual preference or citizenship status but its perfectly ok to do so if you dont agree with their political affiliation.

According to the first and fourthteenth amendments that protect speech,and expression it's illegal.
