Actually, that flag came from a communist agitator group active at the time the Nazis rose whose actions and behavior was strikingly similar to modern ANTIFA ... as was their flag.

Heck the chant employed by many modern social justice groups ... "We have nothing to lose but our chains ..." comes out of the Communist Manifesto.

In other words, there is nothing new under the sun and what used to be a "workers revolution" has been translated into a social movement. So this is where SJW/Intersectionalism/Divide and Conquer style racial politics come in.

The irony here is that the "workers" manifesto is now co-opted into an "entitlement" manifesto, where supporters don't create wealth, they absorb it.
