i don't know how this will pan out.

if representatives from states where cannabis is sold for recreation and medically, show how much money is made each year on taxes, that may be enough to sway the legislators to pass this bill.

Do you smoke an ounce a week? That's an insane amount, IMO.

Just a few hits at night is the perfect dose.

So what is the reasoning that women and minorities get funding to open a business but a white male doesn't?

Sounds like more racism of low expectations from liberals if you ask me.

Virtue signal bill to try and gain some sort of credibility before the elections.

It'll likely get stuck in a senate subcommittee, as these bills usually do.

Though, they might actually be able to get federal decriminalization through much easier than they could legalization to pass, so maybe it is a possibility this time around. In the crazy political world we all live in now, anything is possible. lol
