Ummm...I have both Falun Gong and Falun Dafa...in book format and DVD...I practice sometimes...especially when I'm feeling ill...

These are extremely powerful cultivation techniques...extremely powerful...

I have practiced Falun Dafa for 17 years - my wife for 10 or so. I can only say it has been very very good to me and that there are lots of things that people don't believe in that do in fact exist ( I have experienced many of the phenomena described in the texts). Whether one person believes them or not does not affect their existence.

I recommend a lot of caution in replying and/or contributing to this thread and prefer people just read and experience for themselves. A lot can be missed in paraphrasing , context, selecting specific passages as well as the subject matter containing things many some people are just unwilling to entertain. There really is no point in any back and forth other than suggest a person just read the source and decide for themselves.

It is like someone saying, " On the other side of that hill is a valley full of peach trees", and then people sitting around debating whether there are peach trees there.

Falun Gong was all good in the old days before they decided to take on the Chinese government.

I'm all for Falun Dafu/Gong folks practicing their religion or beliefs but I'm afraid it's been changed to a cult like organization. On this point I don't blame the Chinese government for banning it due to elements of the Chinese psyche and culture that make them susceptible to this type of influence.

Before you get your panties in a twist I don't condone what's been done to practitioners in China or Jiang Zi Min. The CCP is evil and Jiang is a evil bastard.

I like ATS cause it gathers a bunch of people with ideas to put out there. Its just up to the individual to figure out whether that idea is horsesh## or not. After reading i gotta say, somewhere out there, there is one REALLY relieved horse.

Falun Dafa is loosely organized, no money is involved and they just practice a set of QiGong exercises and try to live by the precepts of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance. It's not consistent though. For one just in the bit I read, the gods no longer do anything, so aliens are allowed to possess human bodies, and then also the gods are doing stuff like cleaning up all the other dimensions so aliens run here to hide..

funny enough reading that was like talking to one of my exes. Oddly familiar for me. She was so out there I started believing in aliens again actually... She was very afraid of them.. Funny again one of the first things I said about things like this to her was "god is dead." Which is why I talked about the god part above..

I'll read some more later if just to pick it apart, or as a fun exercise in visualizing what aliens might be.. I've definitely been through some stuff that I can't make sense of for the life of me, but I'm done discussing it.. Oh gawd now I sound like the dude in the excerpts...

From my knowledge a big change is occurring (specifically in other dimensions) in the universe at this time, in Falun Dafa they call it Law Rectification, a form of purification. This is affecting many many things in the universe and the changes are also being felt in human society.

The ultimate purpose is to replace humans. If cloning human beings succeeds, the aliens can officially replace humans. Why does a corpse lie dead, even though it is the same as a living body? The difference is the soul, which is the life of the body. If people reproduce a human person, the gods in heaven will not give its body a human soul. The aliens will take that opportunity to replace the human soul and by doing so they will enter earth and become earthlings. When such people grow up, they will help replace humans with aliens. Reply: Some scientific instruments can detect certain energies of Qi Gong Masters while others cannot yet detect them.

There are actually two excerpts from Zhuan Falun which talks about this point:

1.

When we mention certain things some people blurt right out, "blind belief." Why do they do that? Their criteria for something being "blind belief" or "quackery" is that it’s whatever science hasn’t grasped, or whatever they haven’t experienced first-hand, or whatever they think can’t possibly exist. That’s their way of thinking. So is that way of thinking correct? Can you just dismiss something as blind belief or quackery just because science hasn’t grasped it yet, or just because science isn’t far enough along to explain it yet? Aren’t these people themselves full of blind belief? And aren’t they caught up in quackery? If everybody thought that way, could science develop?

Could it move forward? Society wouldn’t be able to make progress. The things that our scientific and technological community has invented are all things that people didn’t have at one time. If those things were all thought of as blind belief, then there’d be no point in talking about progress, right? Qigong isn’t quackery. But there are always a lot of people who think it is, since they don’t understand it.

But with the use of scientific instruments people have now detected on the bodies of qigong masters things like infrasonic waves, ultrasonic waves, electromagnetic waves, infrared, ultraviolet, gamma rays, neutrons, atoms, and trace metal elements. Aren’t those all concrete things? They’re matter. Aren’t all things made of matter? Aren’t other space-times made of matter? Could you call them blind belief? Qigong is for cultivating Buddhahood, so of course there are going to be a lot of profound things involved. And we’re going to explain all of them.

What’s "beyond the Five Elements" about? Our ancient Chinese physics and our modern physics both acknowledge that the Chinese theory of Five Elements is correct. Metal, wood, water, fire, and earth—these Five Elements form the myriad things in our universe. This is fact, and that’s why we talk about these Five Elements. When someone says that a person has gone beyond the Five Elements, in today’s language, it means going beyond this material world of ours.

Sounds hard to believe. But let’s think about something. Qigong masters have gong. I’ve been tested, and lots and lots of other qigong masters have been tested this way, too—tested for energy. A lot of the instruments that we have today can detect the material elements in gong, so in other words, if there’s the right instrument, the elements emitted by qigong masters can be detected. Nowadays the instruments can detect things like infrared rays, ultraviolet rays, ultrasonic waves, infrasonic sounds, electricity, magnetism, gamma rays, atoms, and neutrons. Qigong masters all have these forms of matter, and some other matter emitted by qigong masters can’t be detected, since there’s no such instrument. But as long as you have the right instrument these can be detected, and they’ve discovered that the matter emitted by qigong masters is extremely rich.

Under the effect of a special electromagnetic field qigong masters can have strong luminescence, and it’s really beautiful. The higher a person’s potency, the larger the energy field he projects. Ordinary people have one too, but it’s a really weak kind of luminescence. People who do research in high-energy physics think of energy as being things like neutrons and atoms. A lot of qigong masters have been tested. And all the qigong masters who are pretty well-known have been tested, in fact.

I’ve been tested, too, and they found that I emit gamma rays and thermal neutrons 80–170 times greater than the radiation of normal matter. At that point the needle of the testing instrument had hit the limit, and since the needle had hit the maximum point they couldn’t tell exactly how strong it was. Imagine, neutrons that strong—it’s just incredible! How could a person emit neutrons that strong? This proves that we qigong masters do have gong, it proves we do have energy. It’s been verified by the scientific and technological community.

I see a wall of words, but no facts or emperical data. You might want to try peppering the wall with links to actual scientific data if you are an adamant purveyor of this idea.

Last time I checked science was based on an experimentally repeatable process with rational and again repeatable emperical data. Trendy sites pontificating on opinions does not produce facts no matter how hard they run their sales pitch. I do agree that the brain is an electrochemical device that can produce a number of watts and from my own work (I owned a 20 channel Grass EEG for more than 15 years and used it on nrc related projects) there are unusual aspects to brain functions not easily or readily understood. Regardless, many of the "statements" in those links seem grandiose, leading and very editorialized. Curiosity is a good thing when applied objectively, but not with a preeminent bias that fits a potential cause to a wanted reason.

The tests were performed under scientific conditions, what did you see unscientific about them? They were done completely under scientific conditions by various professionals in their respected fields. If you read the findings you will see that they have found far more interesting data then just the EEG readings.

The problem with science these days it's that it has boxed itself in and anything outside of its rigidly defined axioms is automatically declared pseudoscience. For science to make real progress it needs to become more broadminded and see that there very well may be ancient systems of knowledge that transcend our current scientific paradigm.

That is a bit like saying that the Jews were all right until they decided to take on the Nazis. Falun Gong practitioners were minding there own business. The CCP put out a qigong survey and found out 100 million people were practicing. They banned the practice out of fear that too many people were quasi-organizable. Practitioners of their own accord requested they revisit the decision. They were rounded up and put in labor camps and murdered by the thousands or even greater numbers (The UN can only explicitly verify so much). The CCP then staged the self-immoiation incident (proven) in Tianenmen Square to stir up public support for the persecution.

After this they protested their treatment and suggested people should quit the CCP for what they have committed as a peaceful way of rejecting the evil treatment. Nobody wanted any power, just quit and expose the persecution so that it will stop. There is no agenda to obtain anything other than the right to practice freely as before.

Protesting persecution and exposing genocide should not be considered "taking on" a government as if planning a coup or something.

It's not just monkeys but tigers work. But humans are the ones who are modified, but was it just some part in our brain? After enough time I realized, there is a 'main controller, head, this is what feels like is the identity" part for the brain. Basically its the brain of the brain. Go to the humans now and say this sentence for them "I identify and feel my personality as being a grey"

Unfortunately they didn't just add their genes spaced around, but they took out the main identity 'in charge' 'this feels like this part is the true being' part of the gorilla brain, and replaced it with their own section that is in control/ sense of main identity.

Humans are essentially greys in animal bodies because the animals are much more impressive. Their souls have taken over Earth. The thing is we only tune into that 2% of the brain and we feel a total disconnect from all else. You can feel that part of your brain in the front, the only part you ever tune into: that's the grey part.

Animals are 100% fully functioning and synchronized, but humans are 98% deactivated and only tuning into that 2% portion of grey brain.

It's like the greys are experiencing a terrible existence, and they came to a planet and said "I want to spread this terribleness to the entire planet" so they made a happy species feel terrible.

If we didn't have this portion, we would be much happier. There's just no point to add it

It doesn't have any positive purpose other than the make the life feel bad. and spread negativity and self inner destruction

These greys are deluded into thinking they are positive when they are incredibly harmful and malovent

Zhaun Falun translated into English means 'Turning The Law Wheel'.

Buddha Shakyamuni who lived around 400 BC talked about the 'Holy Law Wheel King' when he preached his Law in his time. Master Li Hongzhi has spoken about this in some of his lectures:

“When Shakyamuni taught the Fa, he talked about a "Holy Law-Wheel King," otherwise known as the "Holy King Who Turns the Wheel." The name Holy King Who Turns the Wheel has been used more often in the human world, whereas Holy Law-Wheel King is the title used in the heavens.

Buddha Shakyamuni once said that the Holy Law-Wheel King is the most omnipotent and powerful Tathagata in the universe. A Tathagata Buddha is a King of Law. The king of a Buddha's paradise is a Tathagata. We call it "Tathagata" based on ideas in cultivation and enlightenment. "Tathagata" means that the Buddha has come with the truth and the power to do what he wants.

So the world's people call Kings of Law "Tathagatas," which is another correct way to understand it, since they [the Tathagatas] grasp the truths at that level, and among all of the beings in their respective domains they are the highest and grasp the highest truths of those levels.

That's why they are Kings of Law, that is, kings of the beings at a given level or of that group of beings. There are many Kings of Law. Of course, to humans there are countless beings who are Tathagatas, one of whom is the Holy Law-Wheel King. Why did Buddha Shakyamuni name specifically the Holy Law-Wheel King?

It was because the Holy Law-Wheel King was going to descend to the human world to teach the Fa and save people. Of course, you might have heard that Buddha Shakyamuni also said that Maitreya would descend to the human world and save people. Actually, "Maitreya" is a name, and "Holy King Who Turns the Wheel" is a title--the title of a king--which, if it's put in human terms, is, well, a job title.”


It is also believed that when a great enlightened being comes down to Earth to offer salvation to mankind a certain flower known as the Udumbara Flower begins to bloom around the world. This flower has now been seen blooming in various places around the world:

I thought Buddhism has long but thrown away their beleives and fears of sky divinities and demons, and is more concerned about Samsara, and the adversary or tempter from within.
