It takes a lot of evidence even for an 'average Joe's lawyer to be raided... or it did until now. Now it can be done and no one will question it. Thanks for playing. Too bad you broke the game.

Wood denied Hendon's application for a temporary restraining order that would block federal investigators from examining the seized material for their criminal investigation. Instead, she instructed prosecutors to assemble and index the seized records and give copies to all parties in the case.

Like they haven’t been trying to trump up charges on Hillary and obama the whole time lol...
Even if they were found innocent in the end just an investigation would draw the media coverage off trumps blunders..and trump has repeatedly called for investigations. Yet TRUMPS OWN DOJ WONT TOUCH IT...
Appearently there is so little evidence against them that NO ONE in trumps DOJ has even attempted to indict either one. Even though once a week Fox News fabricates a new set of felonies they are supposedly committing or have committed..
How clean must they actually be for trumps DOJ to refuse an investigation???
What has Hannity done? Is he under investigation now, too?

No indication of such.
But he can thank Cohen's camp for getting his name announced as a client of Cohen's. For some reason he doesn't seem too happy about that.

The innocent (not yet proven guilty) now has the burden of proof of their innocence?
interesting. How long can the government keep this evidence? 24 hours? A week? A year? 99 years?

So you're OK with the government taking property without presenting even a formal accusation of wrongdoing? Not even saying what they were investigating?
I wonder if you would think that if it were your property...

If he is a client, he should be unhappy.
Why?

How dirty are they, NOT to investigate.
It's not supposed to be anyone's DOJ but the peoples. Like the FBI/Secret Police.
Trump doesn't control it like obama, any dictator and hitler did.

Nope, but the prosecution has to prove guilt. The warrant they obtained to seize Cohens documents suggests they have some very strong evidence.
