The WaPo as much as admits that this could still be a gotcha for Trump:
The Cohen case is being handled by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, which got its referral from the investigation led by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III. But that doesn't mean Cohen couldn't cut a deal that involved cooperating with Mueller. Former top Justice Department official Harry Litman told me last week that there was “nothing preventing” such a development and that it was “a likely prospect to consider.”
Cohen, though, has expressed complete loyalty to Trump. “I’d rather jump out of a building than turn on Donald Trump,” he told a radio station last week.
Things, of course, have a way of changing as circumstances change. And jail time has a way of compelling people to do things they would rather not.
6 big questions in the Michael Cohen saga
Oh, they're also parroting the "Cohen in Prague," mumbo jumbo.

Listened to that live on Hannity's show. Sounds like Hannity just threw Cohen under the bus and made a case that none of their communications are confidential.

Who says that was cohens only crime...
All along ALOT of people have claimed trump was making millions doing money laundering..
So he likely met with Russians in Prague, but also , totally separately was involved in money laundering..
Muller is investigating Prague and NY is investigating the money laundering.
Not necessarily.
It can be outside the course of the Trump-Russia and crimes involved in the election line within the Rosenstein memo. If Cohen and Trump had business deals with Cohen that are bad, he could easily have referred it to the SDNY.
It most assuredly WILL involve Trump very soon, because there is no way that Cohen was an actual lawyer, bc actual lawyers have actual clients, and Hannity is just an actual stooge who has never said "no" to Trump, and therefore likely agreed to being named (or not), but was never a real client, Cohen is just desperate to claim a privilege that he has no right to claim.
If what Cohen did was Trump related it would have remained with Mueller instead of going to the SDNY.

One might wonder why Cohen's lawyers consider Hannity to be one of three clients that Cohen had in past year.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office is warning that “many” news articles on the Trump-Russia probe have been wrong.
The statement from a spokesperson did not single out particular stories. But the warning did come after media inquiries about a McClatchy News story on Friday that said Mr. Mueller has evidence that President Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, did in fact travel to Prague in 2016 as alleged by the Christopher Steele dossier.
“What I have been telling all reporters is that many stories about our investigation have been inaccurate,” the Mueller spokesperson said. “Be very cautious about any source that claims to have knowledge about our investigation and dig deep into what they claim before reporting on it. If another outlet reports something, don’t run with it unless you have your own sourcing to back it up.”
The statement was reported by the Daily Caller and confirmed by The Washington Times.

This is corruption.
No its not.
Hannity was not a client. Cohen was never retained by Hannity and Hannity never received any bills. He is friends with Cohen and asked his opinion on some issues over the years.
Cohen's attorneys made it relevant. It has to do with their motion about attorney/client privilege and the "millions" of documents involved. The judge said,"OK, I'll consider it. Who are his clients?"
One also has to wonder why its even relevant.

Either Cohen has lied to a court or Hannity is lying to everyone.
