It looks like Trump and those around him are disintegrating into utter chaos.

What does Trump do, he turns to the neocon faction for survival.

What he doesn't realize is they won't save him

It all depends on what has been turned over for state charges. In theory, Trump could have Cohen go down for that FBI raid and then either pardon him or commute his sentence. If he fires Sessions, he could move Pruitt to the EPA avoiding a confirmation battle, have Pruitt fire Rosenstein, and then appoint someone to end the Mueller probe.

That would stop all federal investigation into him. If states are doing anything though, he could still go down, but not before a Supreme Court case to decide if the states can even charge/prosecute a sitting President. It could also make Trump even more toxic politically, and seal his fate (taking the Republicans with him) in midterms that result in an impeachment, as well as a near guaranteed loss in 2020.

Then to make things worse, it's starting to come out that Cohen has secretly been under investigation by the FBI (not Mueller) for months prior to this raid.

Edit: And that's just what we know of so far. Given how few leaks these investigations have had in terms of what they've found, there could be a bombshell hiding that none of us know about yet... or there could be nothing. I think the American people are owed the investigation coming to it's natural conclusion though, whether that's an open investigation that never proves anything, charges being filed, or it concluding with nothing being found.

I cannot access the stories at the links you use. I generally don't sign up for accounts unless it is a service I will be using regularly.

However, you did give me enough information to start researching on my own the connection (if any) between Cohen and Cambridge Analytica. I'm looking into that now.

As to your next post to me, that would be a "no, I can't provide examples of my claim."

"Personal injury" includes pregnancy lawsuits. The pregnancy itself is considered a personal injury.

Might want to check that enthusiasm.

I'm pretty sure Trump didn't rape her, he saves that sort of violent behavior for his wives.

Anyways, I don't care if Trump had an someone get an abortion. I do care if he illegally covered it up. And it would make him a massive hypocrite considering he said that we should punish women who get them.

How exactly can it be illegal to cover up a legal action? I get perjury, but when was he put under oath about anything concerning his sex life?

It would be an illegal use of campaign funds, if that's where the money came from. Bribing opposing council (as seems to be the case with the Davidson stuff) is also illegal.

What does this mean? A Judge has ruled that President Trump can "Intervene" in the Michael Cohen court hearing.

It means that Trump's attorneys can argue about any involvement of Trump in any of Cohen's (alleged) misdeeds or anything seized under the warrant.

Pardoning Scooter Libby is the end of the road.

I don't like Trump. I don't like his behaviour, his politics, his fraudulent business activities, his racism, or anything about him. I don't like the people he surrounds himself with that pander to his egoism and his obvious mental disorder.

However he is the President, and that office deserves respect even if the occupant is the most odious Americans to hold a trusted office this century.

But to pardon a traitor like Libby is absolutely... I dunno, I have no words to describe it.

The Rosenbergs got executed for a lesser crime than LIbby. They only passed on a few obsolete bomb sub-assembly designs. Libby outed a serving CIA agent, set back American intelligence efforts, soured diplomatic relations, and quite possibly got Americans killed as a result.

He is a traitor, and got much more 'consideration' than he deserved when Bush commuted his wholly inadequate 30 month sentence. And what does Trump say? "He has been treated unfairly". Horse excrement. He is really lucky to have not swung for his treason.

Yeah it does.

Pg. 18 of the dossier.

Jake Tapper from CBB debunked this back in January. It was a different Cohen. The Cohen in question was in California at the time and the alibi checks.

He was in CA near the time the dossier outlined. He was also in Europe near the time the Dossier outlined.

Check your facts.

The illegality is going to be centered on the "fixing" Cohen engages in.

Where he got the money and what he used it for.

There is at least one allegation of a thug threatening Stormy Daniels children.

Don't be silly, that only applies to the toilet paper in the FBI executive offices.

You have many strange ideas, but this really takes the cake.

Not only is this not even close to being near the reality of our universe as we know it, but you don't have the vaguest idea of what technology Comey used to record his personal thoughts. Whether paper and pen or pencil, memo recorder, phone recorder, tablet, laptop, or whatever. And you don't have any idea of who owned that technology device (or paper/pen/pencil).

Furthermore, Comey is an experienced professional (unlike you) and knows exactly how the FBI classification system works (unlike you). He purposely structured the memos that he released to ensure they did not contain classified information - because he knows what is classified and at what level (unlike you).

Please give it a rest until you have some vague idea about what you are talking about.

I am not enthusiastic. I am sad.

Watch closely. This is the end for Trump. The news that is breaking on Cohen is profound.
He had tape recordings of his conversations as insurance.
The raid included safe deposit boxes.
He was in Prague like the Dossier said despite his lies.
(Side note he originally admitted being in Europe, but claimed he never went to Prague despite a few days unaccounted for)
Up next is pardons and rage from the WH, but I don't think the Orange Oaf is long for the office.
Honestly...it looks like climax coming in the next month.

Evidence that Cohen was in Prague “certainly helps undermine his credibility,” said Jill Wine-Banks, a former Watergate prosecutor who lives in Chicago. “It doesn’t matter who he met with. His denial was that I was never in Prague. Having proof that he was is, for most people, going to be more than enough to say I don’t believe anything else he says.”

“It doesn’t matter who he met with. His denial was that I was never in Prague. Having proof that he was is, for most people, going to be more than enough to say I don’t believe anything else he says.

“I think that, given the relationship between Michael Cohen and the president,” Wine-Banks said, “it’s not believable that Michael Cohen did not tell him about his trip to Prague.”

That's not what you claimed in the post I was referring to. You claimed you had a problem with Trump "illegally covering up" an affair and payoff for silence, neither of which are illegal.

Trump is not implicated in the Davidson allegations. That's Cohen.

Is Trump implicated in any of that?

Allegations are not convictions. Verbal threats are notoriously hard to prove or disprove.
