Got a source to support your claims on funneling money?

I think the warrant was for a lot more than Stormy Daniels, but if you think Cohen appears to be the kind of guy that would write a check to a porn star for 130k out his own pocket to Protect Trump and not tell him about it???

Of course he got the money from Trump. That would not be illegal unless Trump told him to pay it via the campaign funds.

That said, this looks like that is only one part of it.

understood.. however, do you have a link to your source.

The reason for the raid are possible bank fraud and FEC violations. He allegedly borrowed the 130,000 grand from the bank and didn't declare the money was a payoff.

Which is why he only made a referral to the FBI in New York state. Where the D.A. in NY would prosecute anything that comes up. But Mueller must have provided them with some strong evidence for the judge to issue such a broad warrant.

So Trump borrowed money from a bank eh.

He didn't use campaign contributions?

Seems to me banks keep records of those sorts of things.

Going gestapo on lawyers not required.

Yes. My post. right there where I said "I think" and the one before that where I said "it appears".

Maybe there is some English Dictionary I can link you to better help you understand what those things mean?

Or is bitter trolling just the default whenever Trumpets get their world view reconciled with each raid, indictment and plea deal?

I can't wait til they start passing out blindfolds and cigarettes to DEEPSTATE traitors.

The traitors are all in the White House.

Even if true, it goes beyond the scope of the investigation.

This is making a mockery of the office of the president as well as all of our government for even letting it happen.

The FBI is acting as an enforcer of organized crime on the state level.

And I should also say that firing Mueller will not stop this case against Cohen with the state of New York. He's in it for the long haul. No pardons can touch this.

It only goes to 2015 so you can add 2016 presidential run in there also. So none of these "crimes" the left keeps talking about, going all the way back to 2000, werent relevant when he was running but are relevant now that he won? Really?

The Right still brings up "birther" BS about Obama and Crooked Hillary crimes from years ago and Trump still hasn't indited her.

Revelant?

I can't believe you posted that in seriousness?

The man cheats on his wife with porn stars...and that is only the most recent scandal.

Yep, in fact. Trump haters are using Putin style tactics to steal the presidency.

Napolitano suspects Cohen took out the $140k as part of a mortgage loan to pay the porn star and possibly lied to the bank about what the loan was for.

Where is the bank thing?

Why would Trump need to borrow 130K?

Again, this only gets illegal if this was campaign funds and they lied about it.

Man, Cult45 is going over the edge. Full-blown retreat from reality. Sorry guys but your emperor wears no clothes, and Mueller knows what he is doing.

The New York stuff is with the federal district and not the state.

As for what Mueller provided its why I said I want to see the warrant application / affidavit. Getting a judge to sign of on a warrant to seize privileged documents is a very high bar to meet. My other concern is how slipshod the warrant process for the FISA warrant was.

Contrary to popular belief I am all for prosecuting those who break the law and even more so when it is public officials, regardless of the letter after their name. However I want it to be done lawfully and in full compliance.

Judges dont review the evidence. They review the application and ask questions. Just because a judge grants a warrant doesnt mean the evidence provided to get it is valid. It just means the way the application was written / the way the prosecutor / agent answer any potential questions was enough to convince the judge.

Oh FFS who cares. We are talking about a world leader with serious responsibilities.

Get your head out of the tabloids. His wife is fine with it.

What a bunch of fake outrage. Meanwhile the people behind the Russia hysteria are trying to market a second cold war and an invasion of Syria after their illegal backing of foreign mercenaries (ISIS in many cases) for years didnt work in overthrowing Assad.

The world is going to crap thanks to the usual players and your hard on for Trump tabloid mess is still raging.

Its pointless.

Then let me put it this way jackas*. I was trying to be nice and ask for the source so I could better understand how you arrived at your statement. Thank you for clarifying your statement as opinion though with no source to support it.

Not just the Cult that is losing there mind. Trump said this in all seriousness about his Porn-Star Fixer ambulance chaser getting raided:

“It’s an attack on our country,” Trump said. “It’s an attack on what we all stand for.”
