Pretty much every martial art you can think of has classes in the UK.
I had two lads try to mug me a few years ago but they backed off when they realised they'd picked the wrong guy at the wrong time lol, my shouting rant went something like this "See a guy in a suit and see a victim yeah? I wish I had a parent government that treats me like a child. Hopefully they start making dinner and my lunch for school. Maybe a monthly allowance?

I dont understand is this all knives or just certain knives....cause if it's all knives that's a bit insane. I carry a knife with me everywhere constantly and have since I was a child. I use it almost everyday. That along with a lighter are probably the two most useful things I carry with me and are literally the two things that separate us from animals. Knives are one of the earliest tools ever made...

That's the thing though, bans on carrying don't work when there is easy access to the tool of choice anyway.
Like banning guns in the US, absolutely ridiculous, all the crim's will still have them. I pity the folk in that town I read which has recently banned x or y firearms...crim's from all over know they will get an easy ride there if all they are facing is shotguns from the townsfolk.

Yes, we have many social problems here in the UK, but where doesn't?

Yes, there seems to be an increase in knife violence, mainly in London, where kids are trying to replicate the long and well established gang culture that is so prevalent in certain areas of the USA.

But the scare mongering evident on ATS is truly ridiculous.

I suspect there are far too many people here who are far more interested in cock measuring than they are in entering true debate.
