Of course, he didn't watch how the actual shooting unfolded which is sort of a key element when it comes to a shooting. But he watched other stuff.

It is funny how you are the only one saying that. Even the police department says that you can not tell either way and when you add that to the fact the first shot that hit him in the back side of the neck would indicate either they are terrible shots or they are back shooters.

No I'm not. Their own press release says officers opened up on him when he advanced towards them.

You would be taking an incredible burden off of actual police that are currently under pressure cause what you are claiming exist in fact does not exist. SNIP
