Who fired McCabe?

Sessions.

What Presidential Administration is Sessions currently working for?

Trump's Administration.

What President has been calling for McCabe's firing telling him to worry about his pension for months now only to have him fired days before he would receive said pension?

Trump.

These are the connections people are making. I stopped short of saying Trump ordered the firing but I do see the link that are making.

Who recommended to Sessions that McCabe be fired? The OPR.

Which administration is the OPR in? None.

Trump's tweets are not actions.

Your argument seems to be that you want the present administration to ignore all allegations and investigations. Nope. Don't work that way.

Gonna ignore this post too?

We go back and forth. You say they have criminal indictments coming based how they fired. I say they dont have criminal indictments coming based on how they fired him. We go back and forth some more. I say if the OIG and OPR had found things that amounted to criminal action Sessions would have fired him for such. You say they did find criminal things but sessions fired him for something administrative to force him into a plea deal because he lost his pension. You repeat yourself 4 or 5 times and respond in kind and now here we are with you calling me out for ignoring posts? OKAY!

Novacheck would be better.

Big blast to the face.

Or a machete to the skull at starbucks.

I wouldn't screw with these idiots if I was going after them.

Auto erotica mishap.belt around the neck on a closet door.

T-boned by a garbage truck. or Gas explosion at home.

They would be pretty dead fast.

No pension involved.

Sessions went off FBI rules involving candor. Office of the Inspector General (OIG) provided its report on allegations of misconduct by Andrew McCabe to the FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR). This decision had nothing to do with Trump he has no control over the OPR. The OPR will always try protect FBI agents so this would have to be seriously bad for them to recommend firing. Looks like not only did he leak and lie about it but also directly misled the court and lied under oath.

This isn't political but it appears McCabe is hoping he can make it seem that way,But I know OPR had to have overwhelming evidence to do this they risk there reputation with all FBI agents.

They made a recommendation. I think we can assume they found something to base their recommendation on. McCabe was corrupt. He got fired. He is lucky he wasn't arrested.

You don't have to be a criminal to be fired from your job.

You can be fired because you simply suck at your job.

Imagine an employee at an accounting firm that makes clerical errors every day.

Or an attorney that loses every case that they have assigned to them at a civil law firm.

Being a criminal is just icing on the cake.

The FBI has an image problem, and if the OPR/IG made a recommendation along these lines 9.6 times out of 10 the FED will follow through with firing.

He was not powerful enough to get protection so he is going to be the fall guy to show the fbi doesn't play favorites.

Basically we get him because Comey is already gone (and to well connected), as much political angst as there was the guy should have taken early retirement once his actions were put under a microscope.

So no this is not trumps fault, its not even sessions fault, fault rests one place and one place alone with McCabe, if he recuses himself after his wife got the donations from a big time Clinton donor odds are the investigation that lead to his firing never happens.

He lied to investigators.
He changed several 302 forms.
Hi omitted information to the FISA court.
He committed a Hatch Act violation.
He authorized leaks to a media outlet.

The IG, Horowitz, referred McCabes issues that he discovered during his investigation over to the OPR. OPR reviewed it and recommended termination.

That is because Hillary didnt win the election. Remember when she lost it after the Matt Lauer interview? Where she told her staff that If Trump wins they all hang.

So your basic contention now is that no one in the bureaucracy can be fired at all because you don't like the president and will therefore assume that any firing is simply at Trump's whim and he has no legitimate authority to fire because he's an illegitimate president because ... Hillary and Russians or something?

That's no reason at all.

The executive has charge of the bureaucracy, and there are rules for how it operates. And in this case, all the impetus for this firing comes from internal recommendation ... NOT executive action, no matter how much the executive has aired his opinion on the matter.

Wow... McCabe is now whining that he was targeted unfairly by Trump.

The Irony...

Yeah, they read his statement last night. Poor, poor him.

If he wanted all that was coming to him, he should have remained a professional instead of professionally partisan.
